have to unlock the audio system first before using it if you disconnect the
battery. At least it's like that for the old Honda.
I doubt a fully charged battery will be drained after siting there for 2-
month. Even if it's the case, you can recharge the battery first before you
try to start the car upon coming back.
I know one example that a Corolla was able to be started right after 6-month

2.if the transmission has issue, the engine light normally on for most cars
and you can read the code, which is not in ur case.you do not know if
transmission is bad or not at all.
3.it is still in running status, no engine light on, what evidence u bring
on the table to say the seller cheated you ?
Check if you add correct gas, and disconnect battery to reset computer if
you really want to try. You do not have any evidence before you prove it is
broken.

发帖数: 402 | 14 07年Camry 周一晚上还能开 昨天放了一天 今天早上发现没法发动了. 具体现状如下:
1.拧钥匙准备点火,starter毫无反应, low oil pressure light on.
2.检查油标, 加了接近3/4Q的 oil, 之后检查在min和max刻度中间
3.再次点火,starter依旧不动, 但是battery light和low oil pressure light同时亮
了; 钥匙转到电源接通的那一档,收音机和空调风扇均不work
4.尝试jump start,try了几次后终于在charge15分钟左右的时候将车发动. 空调和
radio均正常工作.
5.让车dry run了10分钟左右熄火, Disconnect jump cable. 车无法再次发动.
6.以为是电池坏了,重新jump start以后准备开车去换新电池,刚刚把车里的空调打开(
dry run充电的时候把空调关了)车自动熄火.
7.断开battery cable测电压, 读数12.56V. 貌似电池很正常.

立马就知道咋回事了
07年Camry 周一晚上还能开 昨天放了一天 今天早上发现没法发动了. 具体现状如下:

The first a few times it didn't work, but when I tried going to underground
parking lot and disconnecting the battery at the same time, and waiting for
a long time, it worked.

右拐的时候，被在右侧一辆pickup强到我的lane，
把我右侧镜和前门擦了一下，
有了一些擦痕。
刚开始那个人说是我抢到她的lane
后来看我车里坐着baby，又要叫警察，
她就改口，说她没有insurance，
但是她可以给我她的电话，驾照，地址，
她会pay我的claim。
我当时想叫警察，
但是她一直在说她上班要迟到，要被fire了，
然后给我她的社会安全号。
我把她的这些信息用Iphone照下来，
然后就让她走了，
因为当时不想把宝宝一个人留车上太久，
而且我也要赶着上班。
后来找车的dealer评估了以后，
要花1000刀修车，
给她打电话，没想到电话已经disconnect了。
我自己已经file了自己的保险公司，
估计至少要付deductable，
问题是现在我有她驾照，车牌号，地址（不知道真假），不知道能不能找到她，
而且她这样算不算hit and run?
车被擦的时候有人看到，但是当时没有跟周围的人联系，算是没有证人。

是要reset那个mulitplex，经常在电池没电或者disconnected的时候会出现，呵呵，真
是太土了
the 98's and a few others have a "wake up" for the mulitplex.
Once you are done with the other work try this.
1. turn the ignition switch off
2. turn the wiper intermittent time ring to the middle position.
3. turn the ignition switch to on.
4. check the operation of all the power windows from the master
power window swtch and the power door locks. |

背景补充：福特在1996-2002的很多车型上用了塑料进气歧管，而进气歧管有几处冷却
液的通路，长期受热受压的塑料很容易变脆开裂。这就造成了福特的塑料进气歧管诉讼
。诉讼结果是福特将相关车型的保修从5年延长为7年，7年内的进气歧管损坏的修理费
用由福特支付
。而7年内没有进气歧管损坏的用户则要自己承担修理费用（假设在汽车报废前发生该

前天从警察处知道了对方的保险信息，就联系了他们，可他们说他们没收到肇事司机的
Report,他们需要调查认定责任。 今天我打电话，Adjustor态度非常强硬又说肇事司机
的电话disconnected 了，今天police report 还没出 （第7天），即使report 认定是
他们司机的过错，他们也要等到下周五开始Evaluate 我车的受损和修理，这样给肇事
司机时间Report.但是他们不一定能付拖车公司超过7天的存车费，建议我先走我自己的
保险。
我的车是2012 的Buick, 6月新，现在不能开，还在拖车公司。我的保险是Geico 的全
保。

最近有没有换timing belt? 换过的话cooler line应该被disconnect过
那个管子应该不会裂 就是clamp的地方可能没有夹紧
另外transmission flange seal有油渍的话 也应该检查 |

总之，感觉这是hard core和military grade的东西，还是路虎和路巡的差速器对普通
用户更人性化。G这东西一般人买来装装B也很好，但是不懂不要折腾那三个diff locks
，打坏了换一个就是几千美元，女板斧来说说你的车吧。

我check了我的另一个车， 新换的电池，车off的时候是12.7. 到时接近12.6. 难道就
这0.3的差值，决定了启动不了车了？
另外，电池disconnected后，然后再jump start，只有滴滴答答的响，好像压根就不是
点火。车大灯到时亮了。点火不行。 跟电池连上，再jump start完全不一样。
