2008年更是下降到28万所，和解放前差不多了
当然这么说不是很科学，因为学校size不一样了
学生1亿多一点。占全国人口10%左右。
民国35年，全国人口算5亿吧，1900万，大概也有4-5%的人口
粗略估计，适龄儿童入学率，应该也有6-70%
当然这些数据不完全准确
当时也有基础教育落后的情况存在
但有一点可以肯定，姐fun前，绝对不是1%的识字率，绝对不是99%的文盲
绝对不是1%的入学率。没有那么惨。否则九靠那个几百万识字的人，rather randomly
dispersed across 10 million sqkm (别他吗跟我说出了几百万北京人口，
其他地方的人都不识字), 中华文明早覆灭了。 |

且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。
