自动买入是很多broker的设定，这是为了tax benefit，fidelity就是这样的，你可以
要求disable这个feature。
IB就没有这样的设定，更多人是day trade……
qualified div treat tax是跟interest类似很低，第三 qualified走regular income
。如果是穷鬼一年赚5k，那自然disqualified更好，反之赚1m答案就明显了。

理由。就反对者来说，夸我们一顿，表示他们认可了我们的努力，认可了我们的初衷，
然后但是我们做得东西实在是太烂，他们抑制不住地痛心疾首，然后建议我们修改一堆
本来根本就不存在的问题。不熟悉这一套的人很容易就上钩了，觉得他们真的是为了老
百姓的福利着想，我们的申请真的是有根本性的不足。你有这样的想法就是典型的例子。
我们收集到了500+个签名，我们自己花了很多的功夫除去重复的，无效的，等等等等，
最后上交了200+个，真的都是学区内，明年有小孩能上学校的居民的签名，为了满足法
律要求，我们还专门再次上门，把我们300+页的petition给他们看，当然几乎没有愿意
当场看，但是我们还提供soft copy的下载链接，等等。

清华 beat Fudan 4:3 first. Then Fudan complians that women single should be
disqualified. 组委会 decide that women single should be disqualified.
However, two double need to replay.The two double result is the same. 清华
lose to Fudan 3:4. |

103.8.6 False Starts
A. Any swimmer starting before the starting signal is given shall be
disqualified if the referee independently observes and confirms the starter
’s observation that a violation occurred. Swimmers remaining on the
starting blocks shall be relieved from their starting positions with the “
Stand up” command and may step off the blocks.
