认购价格为45$/share。感觉还是有利可图的呀，
没有人准备买入吗？
另外，按照他们的term，我们Jan 12， 2011当天买入是不是
就可以了？
另外，有没有人讲一下，如何exercise 这个warrant？
可以立马转手卖掉，套现走人吗？
我的计划是，Jan 12, 2011, 买入500股AIG，假定55/share. 应该保证拿到warrnt,
270share warrant 45$/share.
然后， 一个星期后卖掉AIG, 还是55/share, 假定股本身不赚钱。
再拿这个钱去买270 share的 warrant share 45$/share.，再在
55$/share卖掉。
这样，大概有2700$的进账。
这种做法有没有什么问题？ 会不会被套牢？

你下面引的这段话我也看到了，在page 66那个图表右下角。原文是“The distribution
from the Roth IRA is not a qualified distribution. The portion of the
distribution allocable to earnings may be subject to ‘tax’ and ‘it’ may
be subject to the 10% ‘additional tax’.” 这里讲得很清楚，有几个关键词。第
一个‘tax’ 是指ordinary tax，只有earnings这个“portion”交regular tax。之后
的那个‘it’指的是“the distribution”，也就是总共的withdrawal，要交10%的‘additional tax’（或者说是early withdrawal penalty）。

一个商品的评价假设是一个0到100之间的数，是一个random variable，有一个想象中
的distribution，这个distribution有mean有标准差。我们的目标就是搞清楚这个
distribution的mean和standard deviation，进而搞清楚这个distribution的整体形状。
方法就是sampling。要定sample size。比如先定个100。做一次采样就是得到100个数
，平均值是55这个好理解。标准差是10，这句话有问题。直接的理解是这100个数的标
准差。如果这样理解的话，那这个标准差是对原distribution的标准差的一个估计。增
加sample size不能确定使这个估计变得更大或更小（因为原distribution的标准差可
能就是10左右）。
所谓增加sample size能降低的这个标准差是the standard deviation of the

大家好，小弟在此请教大家一个问题。
前几天我在ebay上销售2份ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 软件，价值350美元。该软件我是从
别处合法购买，由于不再需要，就挂在ebay上出售。
今天突然收到一份来自ADOBE代理律师的email警告信，要求我终止销售，还要在10天内
上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。

Note that the new law passed a few years ago allows people to roll over
traditional IRA to RothIRA. This create some complications. So the example

上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。
在此请教大家如何处理，谢谢

问题是这样的。
I have 69 groups of dataset, totally 69*300 data.
Assume all the data are from a Gaussian Distribution;
Assume the mean of the Gaussian Distribution is also from a Gaussian
Distribution and variance of the Gaussian Distribution is from a Gamma
distribution.
And I just found a conjugate prior distribution for the mean and variance
parameters since they are not independent.
The prior distribution is Normal-Inv-X^2 distribution with 4 parameters.
