DNP挺好，反正是不用干那么多体力活，但不能保证你一定会得到你想要的工作。学麻
醉，你以后的工作就是你想要的，没什么可纠结的。
收入上还是麻醉护士高一些。
不考虑其他因素，光从收入和劳动强度来说，我觉得麻醉护士还是好一些。但是考虑到
申请过程、家庭因素等等DNP是个不错的选择，因为读得会稍微轻松一些。我是在同一
所学校读的NP和CRNA，强度真不是一个层次的，我读NP时，当然不是DNP，还能全职上
班，还生了个孩子，读麻醉时，是啥也不能干了，家属甚至都有意见了，有5个同学被
踢出去，真是内忧外患啊。
NP读出来后，收入可能会令人失望，还不如一个有经验的普通护士挣得多，所以很多人
读了NP以后还是从事RN的工作，对这一点我们老师曾经强烈建议我们不要这样做，要坚
持去做NP，因为从长远来说会不一样。... 阅读全帖 |

seen a job ad which requires a DNP, even not prefers a DNP. Maybe DNP is
too young now.
For my school, The majority of DNP students are clinical instructors or
want to be one. The majority of the rest are the managers or directors in
local hospitals. The best thing you can do in the program is to build your
network.

发帖数: 1872 | 3 I Just started the MSN this semester. The school offered the direct
transition to DNP program. They give tuition funding, and it is pretty much
about free for the DNP portion. The plan should be still continue my MSN
track, but add on one more class each semester to accomplish DNP graduation
requirement in four year plan. The added class tuition for DNP requirement
is free.
Should I do it?????
Any comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! |

DNP毕业了都是CLINICAL PROFESSOR,好听点。
真正拿了DNP去PRACTICE的很少，也没见过医院招DNP.

校教书，也在做NP。
我大学时的同学，一直在做NP，去年刚刚DNP毕业了，还在原来的地方上班。

发帖数: 1506 | 7 目前在做NP的，当然DNP的不多，雇主当然也不会有这个要求，因为毕竟还是新生时物
。据说他们考执照也是仿效医生的做法，要考三步。以后会越来越多，就如当初BSN就
可以做NP，慢慢被MSN代替一样，以后MSN也要被DNP代替。
可能我们学校有学历要求，给我们上课的专业老师都是DNP，原来有个MSN，后来没再续
合同，不知跟学历有没有关系。这些DNP同时还在做临床。 |

不太清楚，我知道的DNP都是有MNP并且已经做了多年的NP的。
你是指nursing 的PhD吗？因为我不是很理解为什么还没有读MNP就要读DNP呢？
你读了DNP以后去做什么呢？
已经有了MNP以后再读，好像不是很难，我同学好像一眨眼就读完了，当然读的时候还
是辛苦了一阵，然后就是实习，但是他们都已经是在工作的NP，所以实习压力并不大。 |

发帖数: 1739 | 9 护士PHD 和DNP是不一样的，PHD主要做老师和RESEARCH，不一定需要经验，或者说不需
要这里的经验，DNP申请和NP MASTER 一样，要经验，出来是NP，干临床，美国护士协
会在2004年提出一个DNP 将是NP 的ENTRY LEVEL的口号， GOAL 是2015年 实现这个目
标，以减少市场NP 数目。 |

发帖数: 2813 | 10 我还在MPH，MHA，和NP之间徘徊选择，不知道哪个就业好。这么看来都不是很容易
所谓降低医疗成本就是医生看小病的比较贵，DNP比较便宜，那DNP相当于国内住院医，
MD相当于主治之类了。
NP也是通往DNP的一条路吧。
我还是总往国内思路换算，因为现在护士拿不到绿卡，未必以后可以留在美国工作，不
过思路本生就有问题吧，国内不可能给护士处方权的，医生都没饭吃呢 |

普通护士，在短时间内DNP好像没有什么用。
不过学校和学校不一样，你应该看看现在你的目标DNP PROGRAM里都是什么样的人再决

ideas.
I don't think DNP fits you very well, RN license, T, G,plus clinical
experiences in USA(not sure all whether the universities require experiences
or not)are basic requirement for applying DNP program.
Go for PHD programs ,having nursing PHD is not that bad, at leastbetter
than staying home for nothing in five years.
or find a job which can support H1B, such as a Tech in the lab if you like
to work in the lab or if |

很大。这么做的意
义就是给nurse一个升值空间而已么？

情况是NP有很多的限制,包括处方,好多药NP都有限制. 这个限制不是一点两点.以至于
NP不能发挥其P职能.DNP最终也绝对取代不了MD, DNP的目的是减少和MD的差距,从而最
大发挥NP职能,降低医疗成本,比如说一些常规病或预防什么,完全可以由NP代替,复杂病
历再由MD处理. |

requirement. Also, some schools also don't want to give up their MSN as NP
programs since they profit.
The school I am enrolled in have already started to change curriculum from
NP to DNP. Another word, if you want to become NP after 2015, you have
enrolled into a DNP program. However, if you finished your NP before 2015,
you will be grandfathered as graduate level. |

doctoral level的学位，可以升副教授教授啥的。就象上面说的，PhD是偏重research
的，这些人未必感兴趣，DNP对他们来说更合适。 |

NP就来弥补这一空缺。我所在学校现在也吧NP的MS改成DNP了，不过相对phD，DNP的
credit要求要少的多，只需要60多个（从bachelor开始读），而phD需要100多个。 |

第二，有BSN to DNP的program, 但不知道DNP值不值得读，读出来能不能找到工作？

如果除了学位什么都没有，直接准备board也不会给你带来损失啊，不管以后match不
match。我自己觉得dnp的课是论文课，似乎没什么意思。 |

has been lengthened to a 4-year DNP program. I don't prefer the DNP one
because it wastes student's time and money. If you want to become a health
care provider, why not attend a master program, or why not use the time and
money to go to medical school? If you want to become a researcher, why not
attend a PhD program? |

RN，要去念DNP了，说他自己很喜欢medical career，我就很好奇地问他为什么做护士
，不选择做医生或者其他的东西，他说念medical school太贵，如果念DNP，他有
scholarship，花不了什么钱，但是会有和physician一样的authority和pay，而且只要
3年，但是做physician要花9年。。。。 |

good for you to go to school for teaching. If you want to stay in clinical,
it would better to get a MSN at first.

free?
It's really your decision: how soon do yo need to get this NP license? Can
you handle this extra course load without much sacrifice of other important
things? A doctoral degree may open more doors for you. But not sure whether
that's what you are looking for.

bsn to Dnp program. The students can not get board certified until certified
. It is the catch 22 here, it is the price to pay. Thanks for the advice,

want to take another extra step; Meanwhile, family is more important to me
than ever; that is why I went for part time program. Financially, I do need
to keep my full time job to support school and family. But DNP, I did tones
of research for the past couple days, its not something that I will go for
right now. Thanks for the advice, Jo.

你有国内的医学的学位可以考board呀。
在不行了，做iv nurse，熟了后可以自己单干。给那些没有iv team的医院需要picc 的
病人上picc就好了。
像我们医院没有iv team，所有的picc都外包给了一个由两个RN所有的公司。
像我们医院以前一个护士就出去有了自己的wound care consult company。现在他手下
也有几个employee，我们的wound care consult都给了他。 |

职复习考两年的。DNP part-time读就可以了。我比较懒。我在Seattle。 University
Of Washington 没有MNP.
还拿不定主意呢！要读也是要下个狠心的。

2。 查清楚每个学校的要求，不是每个学校都要求美国经验的，和学校谈。
3。或者先申请MNP，曲线救国。只要有信心没什么不能成功的。
4。不过最重要的是，要有钱！DNP不像PHD，是没有奖学金的。 |

DNP? too long! PharmD only 4 years, Dr of optometry is only 4 years, Dr of
physical therapy only 3 years. they all have better life style, less
responsibility, about the same payment.

明年秋季入学的，得抓紧了。
问题二：看个人了。想做NP的话，可能最好还读一个吧。不是说2015年NP必须要DNP吗
？至于出来能不能找到工作，这就更不好说了。另外，要考虑值不值，得看这个
program多长时间，学费多少？如果你没有护士相关的工作经历，最好还是别这样一步
到位。先读RN，做一两年临床护士，积累点经验，也感受一下，看自己到底喜欢啥，愿
意做哪个方向的NP。 |

。 我们这的NP时不时还干点护士的活，当然没人强迫。护士还有病人对NP态度要随便
的多。 当然住院医的工资比NP低很多。 |

时间越多，太累了，何苦自己这么累呢，FULL TIME 工作不加班的话钱也不多，自己还
累得要死，作为我个人来说，上学是首要的，BEDSIDE 护士有经验就行了，还是要上学
，DNP值得学，上了就知道还是比BEDSIDE NURSE 好
