大家好，
因为工作原因，最近刚刚在Downtown Stamford北面地区租下一套房子。走路到down
shopping center6分钟左右，到火车站为15分钟左右。在现在诚征室友 （女性only）
房间是一室一厅一卫的格局。户型像个粗体L。卧室(11' by 16')和厅(11.5' by 19')
在L的两端，厨房和卫生间在L拐弯处。总面积为743 sqft。
租金包括热水，暖气。自己需要支付网费，电费。
希望能找到一个长租室友。现将客厅设立一个屏风当作门，作为一个卧室（比实际卧室
面积还大）出租。

Stamford，
走路去
University of Connecticut仅需6分钟，Target 8分钟到，步行去火车站也仅15分钟。
上下班时间还有shuttle往返火车站，每20分钟一趟。离餐馆酒吧都很近。非常适合学
生和刚开始工作的人。
公寓楼非常新，是luxury apt。楼内有doorman可以帮你收包裹，有24小时保全系统，
24小时健身房，夏天的时候还可有游泳池可以使用。公寓内有齐全电器，还包括洗衣机
和烘干机。室友是两个男生，都是年轻的工作人士。
房间是用屏风和衣柜隔起来的。而且还可以独享公寓的阳台。具体有多大，看下
floor plan就知道了。虽然在downtown，房间却相当安静。室友基本上不做饭，所以也
不用担心房间会有味道。因为毕竟是客厅，所以房租不用多给，只要675刀就够了，
utilities另付。

Medici高级公寓2B2B，就在downtown target旁边，因为在financial district那，生
活特别方便而且安全，1月7日入住，求一爱干净整洁不随意往家带男生过夜的妹子~当
然平时朋友来聚餐神马的都木有问题~ 房租是一共每月￥2500（俩人平分一人1250，加
上utilities一人大致是每个月1320左右），公寓是2个大主卧都自带有走入式衣橱和卫

主要是因为本人有车,downtown的公寓好像很多停车要另外付钱,当然如果开车去上班,
停车位自己好像也要付一部分钱.另外郊区感觉生活,购物等比住在西雅图downtown要方
便,而且租金也便宜.
本人从外地来,对西雅图本地不太了解,主要是在网上看地图.多谢指教,尤其是在亚麻上

车本来就少了好多，加上它也不在主路附近。离比较busy的街隔两个SFH，
而且是lot不算小的那种。 |
