人可能很难有机会。一方面它让一些其他种族的学生，比如亚裔，更不公平。一方面却
让黑人律师和医生等成为可能。没有这样的“偏向＂法案，可能永远都没有黑人机会。
虽然现在这个法案已经成为老中诟病的法案，但是显然在它的最初还是有进步意义的。
至于dream act，让我们看看吧。说不定将来美国的老墨总统就因此产生了呢。 |

I have a dream.
我是非法移民，女，黑皮肤。我有免费的住房和免费的龙虾吃。你们说我的日子好，可
是我好无聊啊，除了吸毒，我就没有事情干了！于是我去抢钱，那人不配合，我一怒之
下把他打个半死，这让我体会到了自己的价值。我为自己自豪！
他们说我得进监狱。好啊，我早听说监狱是个好地方。果然我在监狱里面享受田园风光
