bulk ships. It did the equity financing through its daughter company and
sell 20% of its daughter company shares to raise $500M.
In terms of finance, it means more cash and share dilution. The market
response apparently is overstated.
Anyway, the real boost to DRYS is the recovery of Chinese iron ore shipment
from Australia.

发帖数: 4 | 3 船股公司相对业务比较单一。说白了，就是个运输东西赚点运费的。有几条船，每天
收多少租费，因为大部分都是长期合同，所以能一个季度多少营收，都比较清楚。
主要的风险就是买船的贷款，折旧，外加船租不出去的问题。
DRYS一年盈利过$1。如果石油能上$100，钻井这块能卖出个比较好的价钱，那资金
周转没有问题，应该不用太担心。
当然股市以赚到钱没有为准绳。再好的公司也有风险。目前DRYS上我是错的，还在学
习中。我的策略是第一时间追涨，看来还有好多改进之处。

乐观的意见是目前这部分就值yahoo的market cap. 所以alibaba急着要回购这部分
股权，不愿意YHOO继续就靠做个大股东获利。
DRYS接下去1-2年内船运部分赚钱没啥想象空间，合同价格都定好了，我的印象是
也受运输能力限制，无法增加revenue了。但是钻井部分还是很有发展余地的。也许
短期DRYS最值钱的就是它拥有的新公司的股权。

这一次危机对过剩的运力没有充分削减,而且在高峰期还留下大量订单.再加上不断
dilution,要想DRYS回50-100,光靠在几年内经济恢复是不可能了.而且中国几家央企占
的市场份额越来越大,不可能容忍再出现07-08年那种暴利的市场.当然如果船运市场恢
复正常,DRYS到2-30还是很容易的. |

1. According my experience, its Olive Garden restaurant has always had very
good business.
2.Compare with CMG, I do not think DRI's market capitalization should be
less than CMG.

前一阵公司ATM offer打压股价，凑巧（或者也不是凑巧）BDI大幅下滑，drys跌了接近
1/3。MM吸货
现在出财报，BDI也很配合的止跌了，后期甚至能寄望继续攀升。
财报应该不错，便于拉高之后实行ATM offer,虽说此货增发无底线，但是200M能少发些
股票毕竟是好的。
预计财报应该不错，股价有望能突破前高，上看5~6块。
大幅上马金上call，寄望于回本于此一役。
本人青蛙一只，在drys上套了五六年，亏了70%本金接近七万美刀，所以也可能完全是

你可以只洗瓶子，也可以洗了之后消毒一下
不管怎么样，都需要有个地方让瓶子控干
不用drying rack控干就是了
当然也可以不控干就用
如果只想买两者之一，还是消毒的更需要一些
控干可以倒着放在消毒器里面，或者倒扣在一张大餐巾纸上 |
