Arabica。Robusta的咖啡因含量是Arabica的两倍。所以你要是对增加给老板干活的能
量感兴趣，Robusta是你的选择。
咖啡研磨的细度：研磨的越细咖啡因越容易出来。
咖啡豆烤制程度：考得越久味道越浓，豆子体积膨胀也越大。如果你用同样体积的咖啡
豆，像Italian roast做出来的咖啡的咖啡因含量比其他要低一点。
制作咖啡的压力：espresso压力最高，一般要达到9个大气压，普通的drip常压，意大
利人家用的moka pot只能达到1.5个大气压。压力越高做咖啡时间越短，味道好些。
冷制：把咖啡粉在冷水里泡一天之后过滤。优点是酸度低。这种咖啡在美国挺流行。
有机和fair trade：有很多咖啡的包装上又organic/bio 或者fair trade标志。
Organic的优点是没有农药。但是由于咖啡豆大多进口，生产国能否真达到无农药标准
不清楚。 Fair trade是在价格上保护咖啡产地的工人的一种证书，表示你买的咖啡不
是使用奴工的农场生产的。 |

倒霉的是病人啊。我最近咳嗽,post nasal drip 有可能有sinus infection，为了开抗
生素随便找了一Johns Hopkins的family doctor，是老黑，结果人家认定我是季节过敏
性哮喘，不给开药，非当哮喘治疗。我靠，都跟她说了我去年同样情况，但发生时间不
一样。哮喘治疗没用，过敏测了22种东西无一阳性, 最后抗生素弄好的。人家就是不理
自信满满非说是季节过敏性哮喘。后来拖到季节都结束了也没好转，总算给开了抗生素
，却只给５天。我说上次别人给了７天，５天是不是太短，这傻缺说７天肯定不是抗生
素。同时还开另外一种药给我说，两个同时吃就知道什么情况了。我立马蒙了，问她说
，两个同时吃，你咋知道哪个起作用啊。她说不出话然后就只说两个同时吃就知道了。
让我去照光胸片（去年也照过绝对不是肺的问题），明明照出来肺部没问题，还不放弃
要我去查是不是有慢性哮喘。你妈，为毛这么希望俺是哮喘啊。。。最后去看耳鼻喉专
家，人家说一看就不是哮喘，奶奶滴，还耽搁我这么久，搞得现在要吃抗生素两周。你

嗽。inhaler是个橙色圆形东西。我一般季节一开始就配好，一咳就用，很快好。今年
吸了10次，基本上没开始就好了。nasal spray一直备着，有时雨水一多就不舒服，但
是一用就见效。所以最近几年不看医生了，到时配药就是了。 |
