利召开。核聚变领域十七名国际著名专家再次齐聚等离子体所，围绕EAST过去两年实验
状况及未来实验计划进行了深入研讨。中国国际核聚变能源计划执行中心副主任罗德隆
，中国科学院前沿科学与教育局局长许瑞明等出席了会议。
会议伊始，等离子体所所长李建刚、副所长万宝年向来宾们介绍了EAST未来五年规
划和EAST过去两年的成果。随后，等离子体所项农、肖炳甲、胡立群、姚达毛、梁云峰
五位研究员等作了8个专题报告，内容涵盖EAST的理论和模拟，等离子体控制，EAST诊
断，EAST加热和电流驱动系统，EAST偏滤器，EAST面向等离子体部件和内部结构，EAST
边界等离子体物理，EAST三维物理。
新生力量的参与成为本次会议的亮点。徐国盛、孙友文和王亮等一线青年科研人员

●EAST的母体里嵌入了中国科学家太多自主创新的成果：从设计到建设，整个项目的自
研率在90%以上，取得了68项具有自主知识产权的技术和成果。
●中科院等离子体所已经不仅仅是聚变装置部件的提供者，更是不少国际核聚变实验装
置的提供者与合作者。
1亿摄氏度，1000秒。这两个数字是盘桓在中国科学院等离子体研究所（以下简称等离
子体所）核物理科学家和全球科学界面前的两座难以跨越的山峰。
因为要让核聚变为人类所利用，就意味着要把氘、氚的等离子体瞬间加热到1亿摄氏度
，并至少持续1000秒，才能形成持续反应。而这正是等离子体所大科学装置“东方超环

在大家的共同努力和团结协作下，日前，我所全超导托卡马克实验装置东方超环（EAST
）在2010年度物理实验中取得多项重大突破：分别实现了大于60多倍能量约束时间高约
束模式（H模）等离子体放电，100秒1500万度偏滤器长脉冲等离子体放电，最高等离子
体平均电流达1兆安。此外，在本轮实验中还建成了多项先进诊断系统等。
11 月7日，我所首次在东方超环实验中实现高约束模式（H模）等离子体放电，在随后
进行的实验中，H模维持时间长达6.4秒。本次实现稳定的100秒放电是目前时间最长的
托卡马克高温偏滤器等离子体放电，处于国际领先水平。利用射频波实现高约束模式运
行、先进偏滤器位形的精确控制、长脉冲稳态等离子体的获得等都是未来反应堆安全运
行的重要科学技术问题，对未来ITER的物理实验有重要的借鉴作用。对此，数十位国际

的，有1，2个合适的也都说今年9月的enrollment都满了。觉得很奇怪，upper east
side 应该很多family,很多daycare才对啊，怎么感觉还没现在住的downtown多呢？！

上基本上1br的在1200以下，2br的在1300左右，普遍是包括水和暖气，不包括电。感觉
挺不错的，但同时又产生了一个问题 -- 为什么更多的人没有选择住在这里，而是住在
了Queens?
我把两者进行了简单的对比 --
安全考量。我去看了几次，至少目前为止，我没发现Blvd East一带有什么不安全的。
Queens不清楚，估计也安全，否则不会那么多人住。

发帖数: 1371 | 31 这个雪季雪下的比较多，所以ABasin的east wall三月份就开放了(去年四月底才开放，
前年没有开放)。
于是昨天扛着板子爬到east wall的山脊上，从north pole滑了下来。
用两张别人的east wall照片，自己做了标注：
要到north pole的顶点，需要从最高的lift顶端开始爬山，到了山脊上再沿着山脊上上
下下走一段。总共走了半个小时的样子（包括四处观望），elevation gain大约500尺。
比起去年五月，现在似乎雪还不算多，coverage有点不够。north pole的雪坡上有不少
石头突出。雪况其实不算差，不过我的雪板似乎有点窄了...腰只有80mm，其实还能凑
合，但是有点影响做动作的信心，滑的过程中有时很希望板变宽。

说实话，滑得比较矬。开始的第一个turn很糟糕倒是情理之中的。后来因为雪况和突出
的石头造成的恐惧感，中间还有一次用了falling leaf，一次坐地turn（视频里被剪掉
了）。到最后，可能是体力和信心快耗尽了，其实靠近底下traverse线路的地方已经不
陡了，还是只敢蛙跳，不能正常滑。

个人看法,加温这个问题上,目前有主流的2种方法,一个是粒子束,一个射频波,还有种欧
姆加热的方法已经被证实不能用.粒子束国外一直研究的比较彻底,特别是欧洲,ITER的
主要加热就是用粒子束,这个方法加温效果非常好,但是有2个问题,一个是要建一个相当
大的加速器,另一个是粒子束打如等离子体后,会让等离子体不稳定,能量丢失非常厉害,
能量约束时间成倍下降,这是欧洲目前放电稳定时间非常短的很难解决的问题.
而在EAST和ITER立项的时候,射频波加温无论是理论和实践都不成熟,所以才有你上面转
载的文章中的east加温不足,大家估计也是埋怨没有配套建个加速器,当时要是专门再建
个加速器,投资要增加一倍吧,国家当时没钱啊.
east没啥多想的,只能琢磨如何用好射频波加热,连续几年实验反而越来越得心应手了,
去年实验温度到4000万度了,而且这种加温方法的等离子体稳定啊,聚变要实现核反应的
最重要的还不是温度,而是等离子体密度, 密度不够,氘氚核撞击不到,核反应无法进行,
