答案: 我在Eastside, 熟悉Eastside的地产Market. 下面是我知道的情况. 先大概讲下
地理称呼。Eastside是East of Seattle地区的总称，包括Bellevue, Issaquah,
Kirkland, Newcastle, Mercer Island, Redmond, 和 Sammamish. 其中west of
Bellevue，包括Beaux Arts Village, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Medina, and
Yarrow Point, 被叫做黄金海岸(Gold Coast)，是Eastside最贵的地方. 其中Bill
Gates家住在Medina. 他的地址可以google到，94年推翻地重新建的。现在价值大概164

对于这附近的钓鱼环境有了点认识。
前几天看到有人没头没脑地问了个问题：“哪里可以钓鱼？”也不说自己住哪里，也不说想钓什么
鱼，让人想帮都不知从何帮起。这让我起意把 Eastside 附近可以钓鱼的地方做个地图，如此

另外不食言，创建Google Group，方便爸爸妈妈宝宝们多沟通多交流，一起成长。

她帮我家买的房子，昨天刚刚close。如果你联系她，她应该知道是我推荐了她。:)
她做Eastside非常有经验，人很直爽，如果房子有毛病，她不说出来自己都不安心。而
且她给的rebate也比一般的要好。我觉得相比她的经验，能给她给的rebate，是非常值
得的。很多跟她买房的后来都和她成了朋友。我也打算以后继续和她保持联系。

Ping as the daycare teacher is very dedicated, responsible, and energetic.
My son has been in her daycare for two years (1-3 yr old). My son has
enjoyed a lot of fun with her since he was just ten Month old. We all like
