给的也不高，就是挣点零花钱而已。还一次把所有的STEM方向都涵盖了，这个协议合理吗？怎么反驳呢？
竞业禁止协议在什么条件下，雇员不必履行？

available for sublease earliest on June 30. The contract of lease will end
on Oct. 30. Current monthly rental is 1380+30 cable TV fee. Wafer and gas (
cooking and heating) are free. Tenant pay for the electricity power.
15 mins commuting to IBM EFK site! 5 mins to Beacon train station.
At the end of current lease (Oct 30), the subtenants will have opportunity
to be renewed on their own lease. |
