THE YEAR BEFORE A PRESIDENT RUNS FOR ELECTION:
Since 1945, the Dow Jones industrial average has gained an average of 19
percent the year before a sitting president runs. That's more than double

the 10 years when the president was running, the average gain drops to only

So basically you are saying Romney will win the presidential election? I do
not think he can get that many Black and/or Hispanic votes. Also, I think

Poor Romney, timing is still not right for him this year. All those other
GOP big names nowadays simply use this year as their vetting ground so that
they will get in a good shape when 2016 comes. This said, even GOP itself
does not think it has a serious bet this year.
