BUT, your case is a bit special. my 2 cents is to send the two biggies' lett
ers and your phd advisor's to 3-letter recuiters. make sure the two biggies

funds that Fidelity has artifically lowered ER to compete with Vanguard) do
not warrant that it is a *better* ran index fund.
