8月27日到9月16日噩梦般的23天，体重从152磅到138磅，终于水落石出只是一场虚惊。
庸医的误诊，几乎将我毁灭，幸亏有多位好友无私的帮助，帮我找到了前Standford
Medical Center专家Dr Zhang、Nordstrom Medical Tower的Timothy Larson(
Radiologist)以及中国最权威的纪小龙专家，非常快的做出了结论，否则，如果像

经过这次，我以后再生病，绝对选中国城的中国医生做家庭医生，如果需要专
家的话就选UW或者Swidish Center, 或者去加州的Standford medical center,

力还是有的。最关键的是多位好友鼎力支持，中美接力，最后才保住我这条命。当然还
有一点，就是上帝的帮助，在几位好友的建议下，我周末去教会并立刻成为基督徒，圣

我现在也想跟第一个Radiologist聊聊，为什么得出了99%是Ponti Glimoma的结论，报
告上写的第一个MRI的结论是“Probable small pontine glioma, the appearance is
unlikely to represent a vascular malformation, focus of demyelination,
infective-inflammatory process or ischemia”。也就是说第一个Radiologist认为
不像是感染，不像是脱鞘病，也不像血管变形，可能是小的脑主干胶质瘤（这个位置好
像多数是恶性肿瘤）。但是印度家庭医生跟我沟通的时候，说Radioligist告诉他，99%
是pontine glioma,我觉得在这点上印度家庭医生应该不会撒谎。家庭医生听到读片专
家这么说，然后就转述给我。然后加了他自己对pontine glioma的理解：expected

虽然你这样说有点气人，但是确实道出了实情，
我还是心理素质不过关，不能把生死看做平常事，it is what it is.
不过能修炼到对生死无动于衷、坦然自若，那需要什么样的境界呢？
也许我再学习一段时间圣经，做个更纯粹的基督徒，也许有一天我就到那个境界了，
目前为止，我只能说，虚惊一场之后，我凤凰涅槃了，对自己想过怎样的人生、对自己
的职业发展，对家人，对朋友，对小孩、对家庭、对宗教，所有的想法都变了，
