Does a "minor upgrade" run "custom action"?
It seems to me that only a "major upgrade" would run the custom action, but
not for minor upgrade. Is it true? |

我对这个没什么概念，最近要选一个shell or programming language实现一个product
planning的推理部分，在网上看了半天，似乎lisp,prolog是比较主要的两种语言。cl
ips, jess则是最近比较流行的shell?。不知道有没有什么特别好的，稳定又简单的lan
guage or shell? commercial的也可以？
或者有什么比较好的review/book之类的推荐以下也好。

public web interface (although they have many options but I can get all more
options using command line) but to write shell scripts to run my alignments in
batch. I can't find the options to set score for mismatch and match nucleotide
in several multiple sequence alignment programs such as ClustalW, T-coffee.
The default values (1.9 for match and 0 for mismatch in ClustalW) do not fit
my case.

what software are you using? PC DOS stand alone clustalw or GCG? Unix or
windows? I am no expert, but I think this not that difficult, if you have an
ansi c compiler, I am sure you can do this easily.

hyperthermia in SPION of ~20nm size. The SPION is based on Fe3O4 (magnetite?)
Many papers demonstrated that AMF of 80--150KHz is effective for heating
SPIONs of smaller than 35nm, in tissue.
Many other works, particulaly theory-works, indicated that ~Mhz range should
be more effective for particles smaller than 20nm.

In my experence, some compounds with amine show a bit tailing or broading,
not double peaks, due to the non-specific interaction of the amine group to
the silicon beads. Transitions between amine forms are too fast to be
captured by UV or MS. I never used LC-MS before, but I had some experience
with compounds with amine show decent peak shape in HPLC with UV detection
even without any modifier.

it's a 2nd order phase trans., and it seems the field theory is rather
simple. i don't know the physics behind it.
also, i don't understand why it's a big deal:
the 'cft' at the transition point is not one of the L-G (minimal) models,
rather, it's a field carrying spin 1/2
coupled to a U(1) gauge field. and the field with spin seems to describe
a topological (defect) vortex, which becomes 'infinitely' thick and
tensionless at transition point.
