False start有三个特点，一个是对center无效，一个是某队员移动时进攻队员必须已
经站定位置，一个是该动作是以draw offside为目的。你说的那种情况一般都是center
先动，或者是QB的position还没有set，而且是明显的not in the purpose of drawing offside，所以都不算

不好意思没说清楚，应该这样说，当位置站定后，center的snap算是legal action。有
两种情况center会被判false start，一种是手腕有flinch的动作，但没有真正snap。
另一种是做出了snap动作但球没出手。

接手一个python2.6/django1.4的项目，没有文档，只有代码。
安装完毕，在settings.py里面，debug=true就很好；debug=false，css就找不到，版
面都乱了。我查看 static_url, site_media，都比较正常。
请问应该查一些什么？谢谢。

true positive = predicted being positive and experimentally being positive
false positive = predicted being positve and experimentally being negative
of course the definition of positive and negative are interchangable. and thus
sensitivity (which is TP/all P) and specificity (which is TN/all N) are
interchangable. where all P=TP+FN, and all N=TN+FP
it's more likely to be the case that to make the thing you "want to see"
to be positive.... just an arbitrary definition.

I had some real-time PCR run with TaqMan probe. A false positive result was
showed for an actual negative sample. When I checked its amplification curve
(green line in figure below), I found it's different from other samples.

真集是啥东西？google了一下都是美女写真集。
你说的情况，不就是审稿的觉得用false discovery rate比较好，你非要用没有矫正过
的p值么。跟你说的每个人一个标准一个意思么。没有矫正的过的pvalue肯定不十分适用于multtest，原因我上面已经说过了
。或者你不怕假阳性，这样搞也可以，后续验证的工作量等着你。
而且为什么不能同时用调整后pvalue（当然这里有不同方法选择的问题）和fold change（有几倍选择的问题），但是跟没调整过的p值来比，已经不是核心问题了。

used as a condition of Walras Law. But it is also used to prove the the
existence of Walrasian Equilibrium independently. I don't see very clearly
about the cause-effect relationship between Walras law and the use of price
vector simplex, that's why I am inclined to say that the statement is false.

关于我那个解结果不对的问题。我是在Macbook上测试的，结果很接近。昨天跟人讨论
，别人是在Windows上测试的。我今天在Linux上测试了一下，确实得到了不正确的结果
。研究了一下发现，Linux上连续的同一个结果的情况比较严重。这里是我run 100次

hw3b c-.y file
上面这一楼贴了载止hw3b deadline时我match的结果（也就是老师可以以这些不match
的ERROR为借口不给后来我补上的成绩），但是因为当时我还是没有写完，后来感恩节
期间就接着又写了一些，而且hw5是based on hw3 & hw3b的基础上（当我hw5是based
on更好的hw3的结果时，我应该可以得更多的分吧）。
hw4因为写得比较顺利，就不曾保留任何交上去作业的output，没有什么一目了然的结
果是我可以贴在这里的。原本我是想要把自己最的一次作业hw5贴出来的，但那已经是
