这个娃娃大概也就这么几个出路：
（1）跟不想要他的生母在一起。
（2）送到一个由政府资助的寄养家庭(foster home)。
（3）送给那个愿意出$30000的亲戚抚养。三万美金差不多是一个人的年薪了。

In Florida, each year we have to renew our driver's license and DL agency would do name check against FDLE, XPD, DHS, and FBI. So for people live in Florida, NC should be cleared very fast. No sure other states though. |

only. They would give you a phone number to call but it was a deadend.
