下很多offer的case,平均单次收费更低，还有最后买不成一分拿不到的）
这只是适合不同人的两种计价方式而已
对已经做好功课，希望1，2次出价就拿下的买家，flat fee更合适。Flat Fee Agent
hourly pay也可以更高
对房子一窍不通的买家，当然按成交价百分比计价合算
从来没听说payAsYouGo 通话故障，电话公司就可以不管的

Dealer charged me ($150) four month registration fee starting from the day I
bought the car, meanwhile I got annual renewal registration notice $265
from DMV due in June.
Should I pay the 4 month registration fee?
I do not think Dealer paid that fee either, as the registration fee was paid
by the original owner annually and it is non-refundable.

双方的车都报废了。我左腿膝盖内侧有巴掌那么大的一大块淤清并且还有点肿，当时有
一点pain的感觉， 今天不碰它基本上不痛了。胸口在心窝以上的肋骨（有大包子那么
大的一块面积吧）当时有一些pain的感觉，今天似乎好了点， 用手压这块肋骨会有痛
感，不压几乎感觉都到了，不知道这是不是在离心力甩的过程中，这块肋骨被安全带压
到了。副驾上的人身体的右边（肩膀，大腿右侧，屁股）有酸痛的感觉。去了一个大医
院的ER做了一些检查。做了X光胸透，肋骨没有什么问题。也做了膝盖肿的地方， 也没
什么问题。 还做了一个似乎是心电图似的东西，说心脏也没什么问题（因为我说心窝
上那一块肋骨有痛感）。还有就是问有没有头晕头痛和dizzy的感觉什么的。结果就给
我们开了止痛药，把我们打发回家了。警察给我police report 时， 说report 上有一
个witness 证明我们是绿灯。

即使Discover的客服说有，事实上也是没有。
你在除了中国以外的其他国家用Discover可能会有Foreign Transaction Fee, 但是那只可能是Discover收。如果当地的银行收任何费用，应该不会叫做Foreign Transaction Fee.
不过你要告诉Discover你去中国了，这个卡要在中国境内当银联用，并且要告诉他们你的行程的起至日期，有时候甚至还要告诉他们你什么时候在中国的哪个城市用这个卡。
假如某次你用卡的时候，被Discover的网络给decline了，你需要给Discover的客服打电话，说你的卡没问题，让他们接着让你用。
国内商家有时候不认这个卡，你需要跟他们说明这个就是银联卡，不会给他们增加任何手续费，如果他们还不相信，让他们给银联客服打电话确认。即使这样有时候他们还是不认，身上备一些在其他商家刷的刷卡小票做证明。 |

这次ebay fee的变化，冲击面比较广
我做了一个变化图，可以看出，根据售货的价格变化，相应的ebayfee的变化
在0线以上（即正数），代表新的收费标准比旧收费标准节省相应费用
在0线以下（即负数），代表新的收费标准比旧收费标准高出相应费用
基本上，除非你卖的东西少于10刀，那么你将多付0.3%～0.2%（相对于sold price）的
费用
有几个假设:
1, 这个费用只计算了listing fee， FVF 还有0.35 的 Gallery Fee
2，假定list price = sold price
3，只计算了对sold price在$1000一下的list
4，没有考虑ebay其他策略变化对卖家买家的影响。比如feedback变化肯定导致大量的
bid but no pay的行为产生，因为买家可以同时bid几个list然后选择最便宜的买。这
种policy的变化会导致ebay上正直行为的减少。
5，没有考虑paypal的变化。
大致可以看出，ebay为了提高自己的revenue，采取通过减少listing fee而提高fvf这
种无耻的偷梁 |

我去网站看了一下service fee的大头是1% transaction based fees+ payment
processing and fraud protection fee,这个如果是小企业的话,根据网站上的公式,一
个小企业差不多每笔交易3%-4%这样,看上去比15%的selling on Amazon的referral fee
低很多.
想请问版上的各位大神,这个工具怎么样,是不是这样一来自己建网站挂靠这个服务,要
比直接在Amazon上面好一些呢?
