e-file state。
但我不知道可不可以就直接e-file federal+state，因为我federal已经e-file了，所
以这个情况下就相当于单独e-file state。但我不确定，怕会double e-file federal。

余，终未果，沮丧之极。考虑到在现在的公司半死不活地混日子，白痴一样苦等经济复
苏重振 job market到猴年马月去实在不是办法，打算今年秋天之前暂时先回国。不知
道是否应该还让公司给file Extention／Renewal？具体问题如下：
１. 不让公司file，干到H1b第一个三年结束自动expire，领到最后一张paycheck走人
。这种情况下，将来这个expire的H1b名额还算俺的吗？假如若干年后俺再来美工作，
还要重新申请当年的名额，还是可以直接用剩下的第二个三年？
２. 不让公司file，不等H1b第一个三年结束提前走人。这种情况下这个H1b名额应该还
算俺的对吧？问题是假如若干年后俺再来美工作，新的公司首先要替俺file H1b
transfer，然后半年之内又马上要file H1b Extention ／ Renewal？这么麻烦怕会对
将来找工作不利。俺能到时候能跳过第一个三年的最后半年直接用这第二个三年吗？

公司似乎意思让我先等，若有rfe的话，再file H1b Amendment。我觉的两个没关系，
必须先file H1b Amendment月底。
然后突然发现h1b Amendment应该是对现在h1b的一个修改申请，但是我现在没有h1b啊
，难道说是等现在的h1approve后，然后再file这个申请？

白浪费时间。我刚刚又看了pp form I-907的instruction，写得很清楚，如果140+pp
initial filing 只能按工作地点file到相应的center，我属于NSC，律师说NSC比较严
格，他所以case都是efile 到TX， 还很肯定的说，所以pp都是file 到Texas。
nnd，pp要file到哪里都不清楚，还要另外收500 legal fee！想让律师efile 140到TX
，然后自己pp。这样做可以吗？有没有规定说律师file 140，pp也只能律师file？ |

I think that the risk of concurrent filing is a bit less than PP, and you
can make the most of your money and time, as it seems that concurrent filing
makes the 140 processing quicker, and your fee for 485 is still for your
485, but not used up as the PP fee.
The only caveat for concurrent filing is in the case of a couple. If it's
one person's concurrent filing, the spouse may not have enough time to file

department of state每个月在visa bulletin（https://travel.state.gov/content/
visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html）公布两个日期final action date和date
for filing。这些日期是给consular processing用的。
USCIS每个月拿department of state的visa bulletin的两个日期其中的一个，作为AOS
filing的日期（https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo）。这里只有一个日期。
没有两个。有时候他们选final action date；有时候他们选date for filing。一般财
政年开始几个月时用date for filing；后几个月用final action date。他们选final
action date的那些月，你就按照那个final action date才能file AOS。 |

月，活活被我律師拖死。否則我去年就交表了說不定今年都綠了。後來我給律所打小報
告，律所把她給辭了，換了個新律師，瞬間我的PERM就file上去了。
好在換律師，否則PERM再差那麼幾天，今年表都交不上去。

3. No matter Simple Recovery or Bulk Mode, SQL Server will start writing

所有log file都要放在指定的地方。比如 /app001/jas/applogs/myappname
这样myappname的folder里会有 log_dev，log_qa等等。便于他们管理
可以设置不同的 log4j.appender.FILE.File= myappname/log_env.log 吗？
server上有env property。我们upload files 就是根据这个变量决定upload到哪里的

这个 cmd 会往一个 file 里不停地 append log records (不是 > 重定向，是这个

cmd 写 log record 的频率大概是每秒一次的样子. log file 里面大概是这种格式的
数据:

现在想实时地把这些 record 一个个读出来, 然后放到 GUI 上实时显示,
试了些 Python, Node 之类的 file lib，都是一读就读到 file 结束了，
但是 cmd 工具其实还会每秒不停地往 file 里 append log records,
请问这种问题大家都怎么解决的? 有什么工具，能直接用在这里吗.
难道用 C 写个 file parser，慢慢地往前移动读取指针? 不知道能行不. |

(DVI files don't have information about page size, so need to tell xdvi)
dvips -t landscape file.dvi
ps2pdf file.ps
The resulting file.pdf looks okay in Acrobat Reader.
On Linux dvi2pdf actually runs dvips without the "-t landscape"
in the background, then runs ps2pdf, so the page orientation is

are all in 1 big file, not individually 100 seperated files, I wonder
how c shell recognize each record in this big file? and then pick it up
into the standard input file one by one?
am i making myself clear? thanks :-)
btw, there are 150,000 records in this big file, maybe more in the

name of those files)in English WINNT4.0 or English WIN2000,
but I really dont understand why I cannot move those files
under English WIN98. Although I am using NJStar 2.1 in
all cases...

MERGE SEVERAL PS FILES INTO ONE FILE
If you need to merge two or more PS files into one big PS file, it's really
rather simple. Just copy them, one after the other, into the final file. If
that works, you're done.
If that doesn't work, add the following line of text between each pair of PS
files:
false 0 startjob pop
where "0" is the number zero. For further information, click here

I am quite new in XML, and currently I am running into a problem regarding
XML/XSL.
We know that we can transform an XML file to another XML file by using some
XSL file. Now we got the original XML file and the final output XML file, we
don't know if there is a way for us to find/generate an XSL file which can
fit in this transformation. If possible, could you tell us where can we find
more information on that.

Is it possible? If possible how to realize it?
The binary file generated by Fortran is a double precision data file.
I have tried to use read binary file in C++, but have problem. The following
is my C++
code.

The number that has been read out does not make any sense.
