之前都很快，这个状态只是一两天。
我几个同学的PNAS Pending Final Recommendation也都是一两天。

直接给first and final warning，
说明这个老板本身就很有变态嫌疑，赶快找下家
bench上（没有带tip，tip已退掉进垃圾桶，filter tip,每个样品用新的)，没有挂回
枪架，之前口头提醒过一次说不符合他以前在USDA实验室执行的GCLP国际标准标准，会
被bench上的脏东西污染插tip的地方（枪杆），可能污染检测样品（病人血样PCR），
今天直接通过HR直接给了First and Final warning，并口头说试用期结束前要再讨论
这个问题。Letter里说再被看到一次就直接开除（Fire not layoff, without notice
in advance）。东欧老板下的红脖子老板手下的fresh po: stdoc,中南部顶级医学研究
所。大家帮忙出出主意吧。请mark一下或放到首页，让大家帮帮我吧。我在一个发文章

最近从上个工作辞了（干了6年），歇在家里。又找了个工作，initial offer给的工资
跟上份一样（申请的时候被问了上份的待遇）。问题是新地方比老地方贵了10%
overall.他们的职位是新的，正在build up一个新组，催的很急，叫我月底就上班。
我其实不想这么快上班的。而且这个待遇我也不满意。我想跟他们多要个20%，一方面
cover living cost的增加, 另一方面就是要个涨工资。不知道有多大戏。
这个有经验的同学，给点建议。你们经历过的从initial offer 到 final offer, 一般
能再讲多少？ 第一次换工作的人伤不起啊。 |
