查了下JDPower，First Texas Homes在Dallas地区的总体评价算是最差级别的，不过在
质量评比中,竟然还有４星,好象比Meritage或者Grand Homes稍好点.
大家觉得他们的房子怎么样？
都说德州的房子便宜，但梢好点的建造商,比如Drees或者David Weekley，他们的房子
都是三四十万起价.如果想买三十万以下的,大家有什么推荐吗？

20000 after first purchase
30000 after $500 in purchases
2500 for adding an authorized user
2500 for first stay in Hilton
500 for booking online
然后2010 最后一个quarter也是一样的这个offer,double base points (i
stayed 2 nights)
然后有这个卡有silver level benefits = 15% bonus base points
加上6 points per dollar on hilton expsenses
住这1次以后得了66501points
