申请应该采取First-in, First-out(FIFO)的审核方式。然而，到目前为止，我们从BPC批
准的案例中发现很多申请并没有First-in, First-out的方式处理。而对此问题，DOL在
2005年11月初作出了一些解释，他们提到以下几点是可能影响到BPC审核时间的原因：
1， RIR与Non-RIR
DOL解释到他们是在按照FIFO的案件处理方式，但实际中还是有很多其它的因素影响到最
后的审核批准。同时，DOL指出对RIR与Non-RIR的审核时间是会有一定差别的。
2， Recruitment程序的完成
对于同样是Non-RIR的申请，如果之前已经完成了Recruitment的程序，其审核时间应比那
些仍在进行Recruitment的申请要快。
3， 不同BPC的审核时间
由于各个BPC所接收的案件有着不同的Priority Date，所以处于不同BPC的新旧案件的处
理进度也是不一样的。

从目前调查情况看来可能的结果：检方根本拿不出证据证明DICKSON是First Degree
murder，因为First Degree murder是预谋杀人，但是这个案子显然不是预谋的，如果
是，他不会在被一个旁观者在视频上看见他和柳肢体冲突后还杀人，肯定是“激情杀人
”，应该是man slaughter或second degree murder，即非预谋性的。这样才能证明。

今天无意中查账单，发现4月10号收了我74.95， 4月12日又收了我74.95，都是同一个
LISTING。
我的LISTING是GOOD TIL CANCEL，12日是RELIST的日子。
我之前一直认为Feature First是可以随时添加，然后PRORATE到下次RELIST的日子。
现在看来，EBAY这个孙子就是收74.95，不管剩几天。
我估计用了这个FEATURE FIRST的，没几个人注意到这一点。换句话说，每个使用
FEATURE FIRST的LISTING，平均损失在74.95/2=$37.5。用的越多，被EBAY黑的越多。
纳闷，怎么没人告丫EBAY，这绝对是任何POLICY里都没提到过的。绝对可以来个class

你以后最好直接叫我Dr X或Proessor X,
因为美国很多教授是很忌讳学生直呼first name的，
有些甚至怀恨在心不让学生毕业。
他说他不止一次听到教授之间说：“这个TA真没礼貌，从不叫我Proessor，
每次都是直呼我first name！”
他还说，这些话都只是教授之间说，不会给学生说的，所以我们学生都不知道。
所以他说“作为同胞我给你提个建议啊”。
这是真的吗？我有点怀疑啊。我来美国3年了，对德高望重的老师确实称Proessor，但
不少老师都我们学生都直接叫他first name啊。
而且本科生课上，很多学生都直接叫教授first name问问题。
是不是美国人教授不介意这些，但其他种族的更介意一些呢？
台湾人很介意这个吗？

问题.朋友的小孩都没问题,我自己下个月才生,应该没什么问题,呵呵.
First trimester screening和AFP都包括唐筛,只不过first trimester screening筛查
结果的true positive的概率高一点(也就是说如果确实是有问题的,筛选结果表示唐式
的可能性高的概率).除了唐筛以外,这两个screening还另外检测几个基因组异常的疾病
.我几个月以前回过一个帖子比较过的,现在也记不太清了.反正就是,如果想要跳过
first trimester screening的话,最好把AFP和大B超做了,然后综合起来看(医院发的小
册子上是这么说的,具体怎么个综合法我就不知道了,呵呵).反正大B超基本上所有人都
会做的,那就连AFP一起做了好了.
如果你决定不管有没有唐式综合症(以及其他基因组异常的疾病)你都会留下这个宝宝的
话,那就不需要做了.如果你年纪比较大,又完全不能接受唐式综合症的话,就直接做羊穿

我一個月前去usps寄东西，告诉他们要有tracking number的，那个staff根本就不知道
，直接扔给我一张单子说让填，然后交钱。我特地的问她这个是有tracking number的
吧，黑大妈很肯定地说有的，单子上的号码就是。后来才知道那个只是报关单，给海关
用的，根本什么也查不到。心里瞬间一万匹草泥马奔过，只好祈求一切顺利吧，结果现
在一个月了，袅无音信。usps说平邮查不到的，他们什么也不管，我擦。几百块钱的东
西就这么没了，当初的那个usps 的staff，你特么是有病啊？？？口口声声我说了我要

address label。 label试过网上买，1.9刀多一点，但是rebate的收件地址网上打印不
对，只好去邮局付钱（地址已经贴好了）
结果邮局的人说，只能寄priority，还让我装到红色的priority 信封，得重新贴地址
我一想要5刀，问能不能用first class， 告诉我不行。然后我说买个他们的厚的信封
然后用first class寄行否，告诉我可以，但是加上信封要四刀多了，而且得重新贴地址
first class不到2 OZ的话也就两块钱，我不想麻烦重新贴地址了，只好买了两张邮票
寄了
我得用黄色的泡沫信封装才能用first class吗？

the wind" from may of 1936, with the very first original dustjacket(gone
with the wind is listed second on the second column instead of the first on
the first column) signed by maegaret mitchell, does anybody have an idea how
