根据reddit上的说法. 是fbi最近几天不断在暗示和引导米果人民去做foia request。
有三个人request同样的材料的话，fbi根据既有规定必须在网上公开post给所有人看，
而不是邮寄材料到request的那个人家里。
其实fbi手里有料. 但他们需要群众配合才能够合法的在网上公开post相关文件。
现在不少人都在猜到底哪几个才是fbi最希望群众去要求的。貌似有一个人已经去要求
了索罗斯和克林顿基金会之间的关系的所有相关档案，从2000年到今天的。不过这个需
要花1千刀，而且需要其他群众配合，总共至少有3个人去要同样的材料，才能达到fbi
可以公开给所有人看的目的。 |

awatd是要促进科学发展的，就和发表论文一样。悲剧的要不来，发表的就是award，就
是大家随便看。要是觉得会被对方觉得不爽，就让学校的官僚去要。

问问各位有没有这方面的经验。我的这个proposal 刚开始没多久。proposal本身并没
有过多的tech details. 有一部分已经作为论文发表了。我是觉得release没有大问题
。但是想上来问问大家的建议看看我有没有什么地方疏忽了。或者是不是有一个默认的
做法，一些methodology needs to be withhold?
