I am trying to write a simple C++ routine to find and delete the folder and all the files and subdirectory under the folder.
I have attached the folder structure. I need to delete from the oldest
folder until the disk has certain free space. For example, under data folder, I need start from "20090207" folder. I can either use the folder create time or folder name to find the oldest folder.
Please help me with this. How find of functions should I use and how
implement them.

发帖数: 4508 | 4 我从前有一张DVD，上面有100多个folders，每个folder里面都有数百张照片。
我把这张DVD导入到了iPhoto里，然后把这张DVD丢掉了。
于是iPhoto里就有了100多个Events。每个Event，我猜，对应一个原先的folder。
现在我要把这个iPhoto里面的照片，按照原先的folder导出，放回到其他的Windows机
器里。
问题就来了。
目前看似最可行的方法就是，在“Show Package Contents"里面找到原片，然后拷贝到
活动硬盘。
问题是Mac把100多个folders的名字都改了，我还得一个一个改回来。

I did a quick search, but no luck.
Say, I use qsub to submit multiple jobs to run on a cluster. Each job on a
computing node will generate a folder and copy a file to this folder. That
means its possible that multiple computing nodes will copy the same file to
different folders. (notice that all the folders on a shared file system.)
Do you think that would be problematic? I believe, occasionally, there was
crashes that the copied file was corrupted and became empty. If the problem

看到Date Modified和Size。可是有的Folder怎么也调不出来。用Folder and Search
Options中的view,Apply to all folders来改，还是不管用。有 的folders可以看到
Date Modified和 Size，有的还是不行。
请教有什么办法。

FOLDER设置成HIDDEN, 而且不显示HIDDEN FOLDERS.
最近有篇文章需要用原来的数据, 哪知道却发现Control panel里面Folder options没
有了, 也就是说找不回原来的数据了, 但是根据上级目录的SIZE大小来判断, 肯定数据
还是在机器上的, 就是变成HIDDEN的了, 请教一下, 如何把Folder options的选项从
Control panel里面找回来呢?

但是library folder依然是在 ~/Music/iTunes/
无论我怎么删去这个folder, 每次iTunes运行都会给重新建一个，
而且还在里面写几个配置文件，非常annoying．
有什么办法可以把iTunes设定成不建立这个folder吗？
或者建立在我指定的路径吗？

现在好像只能一个一个文件加，但是那个folder里面有很多层，这样加起来实在太麻烦

Sorry for the confusion. But the question is kind of general.
Say,
I have one file fieldinput.DATA in the current folder.
Now I have 20 parallel jobs, in job i, first is to create a folder
1. mkdir job$i
2. cp fieldinput.DATA job$i
So for these 20 jobs on 20 computing nodes, its possible that multiple jobs
are copying the same fieldinput.DATA to their corresponding folder job$i.
Would that be problematic? Possible to crash the file fieldinput.DATA?

Then I go to that folder and found a hidden file called .nfsDDA11. Then I
manually delete this file, then it generate another hidden file called
.nfsEDA11.
