原先我是用笨办法，在电脑里修改音乐文件名，使之按所需顺序排列整齐，这样要花很
多功夫，但确实是能做得很漂亮的。即使在iTunes里面默认不按文件名而是按Song
title排序，经IdlerLestat (Algernon the mouse)网友指点，知道可以简单地用千千
静听批处理删除所有song titles（标题），再导入iTunes.
后来经shamrock (南瓜鬼姥)网友指点（http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Apple/31549701.html），才知道其实无需删除song titles, iTunes里面就有Sorting选项，可以指定一个Album的排序位置：

this temp folder MUST be under your vbulletin folder. it can't be
/tmp or everwhere out of your vbulletin folder. because that's what
safe mode do: prevent anyone upload files to outside of the folder. |

We got something strange in our domain network.
When domain user (Windows XP x64 system) create a folder (let's call it
MYFOLDER) in our server (MAC OS X system) shared public folder, all other
domain users can not create new folders or files in that MYFOLDER, it shows
“access is denied” . But other domain users can delete or rename this
MYFOLDER.
At same time, the other domain users can not modify any files and folders in
that MYFOLDER.
Any suggestion? Thanks and have a good weeke |

如果把每一个folder都加为一个row，那么insert和lookup时，是否都要把file path都
parse开，每个folder都要在folder table 里做一个lookup？

Install Procedure so far requires TELNET into the box,
ie.
Put the new "install.img" on the root of a usb stick and put it in the
machine.
From Windows "Telnet 192.168.1.123" or whatever the IP is of your media
player
user=root , no password
type the command "kill -6 1" , and watch it update itself

1，下载 DS3612xs_3202-Repack.pat ， microserver-dsm-4.2.img ， modules-4.2.

2，卸下所有HDD（多于1块并且用了RAID的话，记录下顺序），连上一块儿没用的HDD在
Disk 1
3，重复lz的说明安装DM 4.2
4，安装完成后，remove刚才的Disk 1，装上原来HDD的第一块儿，注意顺序。
5，启动N40L，打开synology assitant，显示是migratable，右键点击安装，选择新的
DM4.2 pat文见（程序会自动跳过format过程）
6，安装完成开机，看看是否安装成功。
7，成功显示DM4.2以后，关机，装上剩余的HDD
8，再次开机以后，打开Storage Manager，会要求修复剩余盘的System partition，点
击修复。
9，安装完成。

是Network folder的话多半有个Script在定时Sync, 不过Network folder都有个~
snapshot folder(要打开“show hidder file and holder"才可见),过去一个月删除的

就是先建另外一个mirror folder,
用什么工具或自己 写个自动monitor 的script,
自动把你的original source folder 加密后更新到mirror folder里来。
要求能实现增量更新。
然后你只要同步这个加密后的mirror folder就行了。 |

了也没见慢。你的问题是email不是日积月累逐渐增加的，而是一次处理几百万，如果
你开index的话自然就死机了
所以把thunderbird的global index关了，然后进mail folder把你的mailx文件copy到
folder里，再打开thunderbird,把email分类，然后对每个folder逐个建index. 完成后
再开global index.
compact的意思是说把你删掉的email从系统里删除---thunderbird并不删email,删的只
是sqlite的index.所以你看不到email了，但email其实还在。
thunderbird其实就是当年linux上的mailx加个图形界面，这玩意现在的blade server
上几乎是企业邮件一半的江山， |

tools->option->maintenance->store folder... set it to where
ever you want, keep them. (by st)
Tools-->options, find the store folder under maintainance
tap. Figure out which folder store your mail. Go to that
foler can copy all the files out.
Next time after you install your new system. use the same
way to find which folder stores your mail and then replace
them.
Another way is to export single mail. File-->export. (by
grammy)

标 题: 一个Dropbox和Galaxy s3的问题

刚刚买了Galaxy S3，用dropbox装照片和文件，然后sync到电脑上。
文件的folder sync得很好，subfolder structure完整准确。照片folder比较大，前后
断断续续sync了一天 （我出差在路上，网络也是断断续续）。
现在发现电脑上dropbox的folder完全没有了我在电话上的subfolder structure，只是
把所有的照片都堆在一个大folder里？
什么问题呢？我如果把电脑上的照片删了，dropbox会重新sync，还是会把电话上照片
也都给我删了？

I asked her to do chmod 777 -R AAAA/
she said she did,
but i found one folder AAAA/bbb/ccc still not changed, while all files under
that folder has been changed to "777' mode. Why is that?

dedicated engineer are feeling exhausted, very exhausted.
we build c++ code in ubuntu in intel pc, the target runs in arm board.
we can step into the source code for exe, but not for shared library.
say
/aaa is the source code folder for exe, /aaa/1.cpp is the source for 1.exe
/bbb is the folder in target you have /bbb/1.exe
