leaves on the ground.

According to the park ranger I spoke with yesterday, Oak Creek Canyon is the
only place to see foliage around Sedona. Deciduous plants grow mostly
along creeks and canyons, while the high desert is covered by evergreens.

发帖数: 47 | 11 MA west的Mohawk Trail我也是每年会去一次的。不过风光还是比不过White Mountain
的Lincoln 和North Conway一带的红叶风景。不过在麻州附近， 这是几乎最好看红叶
的地方，再加上2号路上沿途漂亮红叶，应该会使你不虚一行。

view it, you will have to drive north to Northern NE.
If you have a car, you can visit some surrounding historic and scenic towns,
for example: Salem MA -- Witch city, and old Mass capital. Plymouth --
Mayflower and the plantation.
Also, if you are interested in US history, you can visit the Minuteman
Naitonal History park from Lexing ton to Concord.
If you don't have a car. You can take a walking tour of the legendary

NH: Rt 112 and Rt 302.
Also, you can take the tramway in Cannon Mtn to get on top of the summit
which has an excellent view of the Fall Foliage in the White Mountains.
However, the wait line will be long. be prepared.
For southern NH,you can go to Mount Monadnock. It's not a tall Mountain, but
it is the tallest in that area. So, you will get an excellent view on the
Red hot foilage.
MA: Berkshire area is good. Usually it peaks about 2 weeks later than NH/VT. |
