1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not

I see quite a few negative points with the new system.
You're fired if you're at 5. You're close to be fired at 4. You're the next
after 4 and 5 folks.
Even if you're a good performer at 1(+) or 2 and get well-deserved

folks at higher-levels? This is especially getting hard when you reach

are one of the best heavy metal band in history. Folk music and heavy metal
actually share a lot of similarities. Both focus a lot on social issues.
Still, folk focuses on melodies more and is light with acoustics. I think "
Shi1 Yan2 Zhi4" pretty much says the same thing in China. So folk songs in
Chinese history also have the tradition to focus on political and social
issues. |
