公司位置和职位都很理想。连phone interview都没有就给onsite 了。赶紧把我的time
lot 发了过去。因为不能马上请假，就跟他们约在一周以后。结果到现在没有任何回
音，留了两次言也没人接。真的很奇怪。难道是他们搞错了？还是很快招到了人？可是

给了口头offer, 说offer正在处理中，心里踏实多了，可以安心等另外一个了。

Would you mind letting me know if any decision has been made? I am still

之前onsite面了一家公司。后来他们给我发信，说一个director要继续在电话和我谈谈。
我留个号码，但是悲催的是我把号码留错了！555555反应过来已经是面试约定时间后4
个小时了，我写信道歉，留了正确的号码。公司回信说，那个director要去度假了，要
几周后才回，到时候再说吧。我当时很难过，就睡觉去了，结果刚睡下20来分钟，那个
director打电话过来，上来就
开始问问题，我答得稀里糊涂，他很不高兴，聊了5分钟，挂了电话。
后来我算着那个director该度假回来了，就写信给公司说能不能再找个时间聊聊，他们
说好吧，让那个director再和你聊聊，结果这次他第一个问题是“我们组是做什么的”
这个问题我居然答的很烂，反正整个interview都很烂，我几乎一个问题没答上来，我
问他的问题他也一句话了事。最后他说“我还有事得去忙了”，就挂了电话，整个一共
10分钟。
55我还有必要follow up吗？这是我从2月份到现在唯一的onsite......

What your experienced is exactly due to your attitude, not mishap. Leave a

%-90%。所以我今天强调我100%sure，不想miss this opportunity。
她说，I am glad that 你make this follow up。
但是她说还要和某某经理之类的再商量，现在不能说肯定给我offer |

letter. Before I left that day, I asked HM what is the time frame to make
the decision and he told me no time frame. Next day after I sent thank-you
letter, the boss of the HM and the technical leader replied me, but just a
regular reply. I don't think it means something. Who knows?

I made follow-up with HM. He respond to make appointment to have
phone talk a couple days later. I have thought it will be good news.
But he told me bad new on the phone later. I think if it is good news, HM
will tell you in email right away. |

resume active while they are trying to search more appropriate candidates.
So I just moved on to search for other positions.
He did checked my references when I make follow-up with him. But I don't
think the references are the issues.
For my case, I think the manager feel satisfied with me. But he got some
negative feedback from other interviewers. Therefore he can not make me the

么？我自己觉得有一个人的问题答的不好，本来可以做好的，正伤心呢，而且带我去面
试的那个recruiter说有5轮技术面，结果第4轮完了后，那个人（看起来像manager）说
按照我的面试schedule，他是最后一个。这与5个的安排不符合，所以他给recruiter打
了电话，的那是没接，也没回电话，最后我们面试完了后，又等了大概15分钟，见没人
来，他才送我出去的，请问，这个A家onsite一般几轮啊？有谁有我同样的情况么？请

You can do it, but, it will not help much.
