领回家了，已经3天了，新家适应的很不错，能吃能拉能玩，改天来奔！
现在有个关于吃饭的问题想再问问各位喵妈。俩喵现在3个多月，foster Mom家一直吃
wet food，以wellness core for kittens为主，还掺点blue buffalo。我这几天一直
在喂他们以前吃的wellness core罐头，吃的还可以，打算继续喂下去。现在的问题是
，我想让俩喵试试吃dry food，于是买了同款wellness core kitten的干粮，但是他们
可能从小从没吃过，闻闻dry food就走了完全不感兴趣。。。
update：我记得在foster mom家看到过她家摆着干粮buffet，刚才问她俩喵到底之前吃
不吃干粮，她说她也不太清楚，汗，家里猫太多了，不知道谁吃谁没吃。。。她说每天
每只喵给一个5.5oz和一个3oz，我觉得好多，所以推断他们可能根本没在吃干粮。
对我个人而言喂wet food完全没问题，我也听过全罐头的种种好处，但也看过只吃罐头

每天营养要均衡：

12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。

table food一直不顺利，吃什么扔什么。但是前两天突然像是开窍了，吃鸡肉，土豆，

所以说还是等到宝宝自己ready最好，呵呵

我家妞妞从出生到10个月大吃东西一直没有任何问题，不管是母乳还是formula，到后
来的cereal和jar food都吃得很好。可是最近试着给她喂新鲜香蕉，她吃了大概1/3根
，表情就很不对，但也没有怎么闹，过了一个小时，吐得一塌糊涂。
前天试着给她喂蒸鸡蛋羹（她从9个月就开始吃蛋黄了，一直没问题），结果估计是蛋
白过敏，吃了5，6勺，过了一个小时，又吐得一塌糊涂。
我郁闷了，医生一直说目标是1岁时能全吃table food，可是我试了两次，全失败。我
也试过给她喂粥，苹果，面包什么的，每次都是吃几勺，就坚决不要了，虽然没有吐，
但也是很不舒服的样子。

本来food stamp就是给这类人群准备的。
结果你说是著名大学premed，为了刷简历搞福利组织，还要领food stamp，这不是越描
越黑吗。
你必然要说不是为了刷简历，只是为了帮穷人。
那我就问他一个问题，
他是觉得搞这类福利更能帮穷人，还是当Doctors Without Borders更能帮穷人？
如果他是觉得搞这类福利更能帮穷人，一直干这个就好了，干嘛还要申请医学院？
如果他是觉得当Doctors Without Borders更能帮穷人，干嘛现在浪费一年?早上一年医
学院不是早一年更好的帮穷人？
答案很简单，现在申请top医学院，先干一年Nonprofit刷简历，是很普遍的动作。但是
一边号称服务社会，一边为小钱占社会的便宜，著名大学毕业还要领food stamp，人家
一看就知道你要干嘛。
你要证明我说的不对也很简单，到时候申请医学院的时候，essay里千万别忘了提food
stamp的经历，看看结果如何。 |

当然他们更喜欢friskies can food，虽然成分不是很好.

板主板付付出一定的时间精力和热情去看,去MARK,去收录整理到精华区,觉得现任BM, BF
做的很不足,管理也不力,非但精华区没什么看头,好多好的帖子也没有MARK,而且被删,我
自己就有好多篇花了时间认真写的,RE的贴子被删了,不满.
2.本人热爱烹饪,出生美食世家.在FOOD板的贴子很少是灌水,都是用心交流,共享烹饪经验
.个人认为FOOD
应该是买买提第一大板,吃的好吃的香,能解决大多数买买提上的问题,比如饭米粒上会少
了争吵,SEX板更兴旺有趣BLAHBLAHBLAH...FOOD应该有比别的板更多,更责任的热爱烹饪板

就扣马甲帽子！怎么吸引更多？来的新ID都是马甲！
反对！此人有小号，跟前版主有约定还用小号申请，弄虚作假！还不能公证看待并处理

投诉目标：封掉挑起事端的ID sanhuai，缩短对zher封禁的故意无理由的延长。在
complain以及food公开道歉，解除worrier板斧职务
投诉理由：
1. 理由一
8/6日一个网名sanhuai的ID在food版突然攻击zher，zher自卫还击。后来worrier办了
zher14天，但是并没有办主动攻击挑起事端的sanhuai。如此不公平对待，还删除zher马
甲
cisco地询问帖子。

4天以后，worrier突然解封zher，重新封禁14天，无形中延长zher的封禁时间。做事情如
此随意，令人费解。
