folder contains a lot of files, the copy works for a while then freeze. I

你LG怎么不教教你低温保存细胞的一些基本知识？
液氮渗入了小管之后，解冻的时候，液氮变为气象，
瞬间使管内压力增大700倍。所以发生爆炸。
不过你遇到的情况非常夸张，看起来液氮漏得很严重。
一般来说，只要你用非常专业的螺旋盖的低温保存管，
比如NUNC出的系列cryotubes，然后拧紧，不会出现任何
问题。
下一次再拿FREEZE DOWN的时候，注意带防护面具拉！
如果没有罩住整个脸的，只罩住眼睛的也行。主要是为了
保护眼睛。 |

I made some stably transfected cell lines with 293 cells. One cell line is
difficult to freeze down. Most cells were dead after frozen with 10% DMSO
in serum. Other cell lines are pretty normal. So anyone can give
suggestion on this problem?

钱的角度这三个我觉得似乎Intel是pay的比较好，base不低，到手bonus也比较多，就是股票不太行。Amazon也不错，sign-on bonus高，呵呵。前景的话，Amazon做的新东西多，但是Intel现在也做很多software的东东。

发帖数: 908 | 45 Freeze dried food分几种，在温度70F的情况下，袋装的保质期7/8年，#10罐装的和
superpail桶装的保质25-30年。罐装和桶装的保质期更长，原因是：袋装的食品只是经
过freeze dry，而桶装和罐装的容器内还有吸氧剂。没有水分，又没有氧，保质期就特
别长。
MRE食品保质期在70F时也是大约7/8年。但MRE未经脱水，所以重量比Freeze Dried重1
倍。优点是用自带的加热器，加冷水就可以吃到热饭。但味道我觉得不行。
Freeze Dried经过脱水，所以重量比MRE轻一半，缺点是必须加开水才好吃（但确实比
MRE好吃多了）。也有自带加热器，但是加热出来的饭，不如加开水后的好吃。
Freeze Dried袋装的在REI，Walmart，都有卖的。
