担任移民小组主席。金恩刚提案要求废除非法移民子女的出生公民权，也曾提案利用通

本来各方以为众院司法委员会主席史密斯(Lamar Smith，德州)会选金恩为移民小组主
席。但史密

“人盯人项目”是建立把NIU的志愿者和key people建立一对一的关系。通常由一个志
愿者来负责1-2个关键性人物，比如在两院immigration subcommitee上的议员，一些重
要的华人政客，及其他可能对我们带来帮助的关键人物。希望通过发信，打电话，甚至
office visit来和这些key people建立一种长期的健康的工作关系。
