由于是半保，AGENCY让自己与对方保险联系。今天把report 传真给GARRISON保险公司。
昨晚冒险把车开回来，但今天看着车无论如何不敢再开，想租辆车。跟Garrison
Property and Casualty Insurance 联系，可是对方说的意思现在还不能给你租车，得
等他们一两周来看车之后我才能租车。
不知道有没有TX跟这个公司打过交道，CLAIM过程中会有什么问题，麻烦指点。谢谢 |

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
版权，任何人都可以自由使用。可是，为什么最应该用的人却不用呢？我不知道，这是
有意的还是无意的，反正两者都一样可悲。
尤其令人感慨的是，最后它们是由一个美国人放到网上，供全世界浏览。谢谢你，

传闻在日本军校，就算蒋百里不拿第一名，日本人仍然拿不到天皇赐刀，因为当时的第
二名是蔡锷。但实际情形是，蒋百里1904年入学，应该是17期。蔡锷是1904年毕业回国
，应该是16期，两个人不是一期的！而且陆士优等生的赏赐品一开始是望远镜，后来换
成了银表，没说有佩剑！只有陆大前六名毕业生才有天皇赐刀。号称军刀组。而进陆大

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。

人物简介：寿山（1860年－1900年），字眉峰，黑龙江瑷珲人，汉军正白旗。为吉林将
军富明阿之子、明末将领袁崇焕八世孙。清末任黑龙江将军。黑龍江將軍，全稱鎮守黑
龍江等處地方將軍，清代黑龍江地區最高官員，康熙二十二年（1683年）設立，官階為
正一品，乾隆三十二年（1767年）改為從一品比直隶总督高半级。
聂士成（1836年－1900年），字功亭，谥忠节, 满清国人，满军名將，“力勇巴圖魯”
，直隸提督。直隸提督，统领直隶军务的最高军事长官，为从一品。
