base charge 要40， 说是Atlanta Gas Light Company 通过gas 公司收的， 但我想这
也太贵了。

是不是一定要convert成gas才好？今后卖的话可能也容易些？
大家有什么推荐的oil service company或oil 转gas的contractor.

当年,新生A跟一个好朋友新生B和另外一个中国新生C合租一个house的第一层..
house1200ft,一半空间都是diningroom,living room.3个bedroom,A和B住的都是150 ft
的bedroom,C住的是100ft的bedroom.其余空间为储存室,洗手间,厨房,各个房间都有暖
气片.
总租金是$900+utility
3个新生入住前协商好按照325+325+250分,没说好怎么分utility(默认平分?)
问题出现在后来分gas的费用上..stove和热水都是用gas,冬天各自用相同功率的电
暖器取暖,gas取暖辅助.平均$200/month
某日,c跳出来说,我们要按照房间面积比例分配..
方案0:大家平分
方案1:按照150:150:100分配
方案2:按照150+800/3 :150+800/3 :100+800/3 分配
方案3:按照150+800 :150+800 :100+800 分配
各位聪明的朋友,请问你觉得最公平的方法该是怎么分配呢? |

gas大多数时候比电便宜，偶尔gas涨价。
不麻烦。
用电的多是因为大多数房子都没有在dryer的位置拉gas管子。 |

有人跟我说，gas的优点是费用小些，到底是多少呢？如果一年就几块钱，那就算啦。
还有说electrical容易坏。
基于以上的优点，是应该还不犹豫选gas，但是我自己比较臆测, gas的会不会有leak隐
患。

发帖数: 308 | 49 每天一回家，进卧室就闻到heater附近一股gas的味道，不是很大，但很明显，跟
landlorder反映后，他们说检查了没闻到气味。
这个heater比较奇怪，把温度调到70华氏以上就闻不到气味，估计gas都完全燃烧了吧
，但是要调到70度以下，几分钟后就能问到gas味道，完全关闭heater也能闻到味道，
有什么仪器可以测一下啊？不想在家里吸毒啊。谢谢。 |
