条件：1 bed room。如果有意，可以附送家具若干：两个很好的沙发，一些椅子，桌子
，炊具若干。电视（19寸，konka)，微波炉（海尔），电饭煲等可以议价。家具如果不
要也可以。房间比较大，窗户比较大，采光充足，有停车场。
价格：600$每月。deposite 580$。不包括电费，internet和cable。

动拧开
的小螺丝，所以没法用。

太吵。有谁知道哪个牌子的质量最好？belt drive, screw drive和chain drive都有什
么优缺点？去HD看了一下，主要有两个牌子Chamberlain和Genie，另外给local的一家
专做这个的打电话，他们那里是lift master，这几个牌子哪个更好？主要是质量和口

Genie is not recommended
而且还有一个事情要查，就是看你的garage door是不是能手工停在任何位置，否则可
能是弹簧老化什么的，整一套也要$500左右，俺因为有打算今年把整个门都换掉，换成
那种比较轻的带insulation的，所以今天没做这个。这个也很影响opener的使用寿命。 |

法只好拉了那根红绳release了latch，用手关了门，可能是我拽的太用力了，门下来后
再想把红绳拉回去就不行了，好像有什么挡住一样，motor还是work，大家知道是什么
