However, I've heard from two sources that they import ginseng from Canada
and pretend they're Wisconsin ginseng. The ginsenoside content is much lower
in Canada ginseng.
I've heard positive reviews for https://www.schumacherginseng.com though I'
ve never bought any from them. You can try http://www.marathonginseng.com/ too. Some people recommended that to me.

in the Chicago US Fish and Wildlife Service inspection area that has been
stopping all shipments of ginseng leaving that port. Technically you need a
CITES permit to ship the ginseng even if it is farmed raised. However, on
small shipments they normally did not enforce this law. This is the only
