发帖数: 908 | 3 因为是奶牛，我出了月子就体重回来的差不多了。产后20天开始公园快走一次2-3迈逐
渐增加到6迈，然后加慢跑和游泳。但是肚子在两个月的时候还是很惊人。生老大的时
候根本没有这种情况。没出月子的时候更是，送老大去preschool，被别的妈妈问啥时
候due，郁闷到吐血。当时很害怕回不去，因为体重没得可减了（自测腹部的skin fold
已经回到孕前了）。后来发现是腹直肌分离，自测一下，好嘛肚脐上方整整能放侧进一
个拳头（4指plus)。跟着底下的介绍开始针对性训练，两周就恢复到2指plus了，非常
有效。
总的来说就是：锻炼腹肌的时候要同时推着腹直肌回到原位。在做一些light的workout
的时候，没有多余的手推着腹直肌，束腹带可以帮忙。

首先不同形状价钱就差了很多，甚至比4C在价格上占的比例还要大，如果你的女友只知
道4C，那么恭喜你了，挑个方形的钻石可以帮你在克拉数上大大地升级一把，让你的女
友乐昏头。
其次table的大小也很重要，仅次于4C，也是一个可以用数字来衡量的标准，比较容易
掌握。
table对价钱的影响可以说超过了除了形状和4C以外的所有指标的总和。
另一个数字标准是depth，但是对价钱的影响似乎不大。
再次我觉得是萤光，其实个人认为故意找一颗带点萤光的，价钱便宜一点还是很合算的
，肉眼根本看不出来。其他的诸如Symmetry，Polish，Girdle，Culet就无所谓了，
very good还是excellent几乎没有区别。
花一样的钱，与其让大品牌斩冲头，不如买一颗大点好点的钻石求婚，再跟女友一起去
逛各个首饰店，找自己喜欢的样子，再找人订制一个一样的。这么做虽然麻烦一点，但
是钻石相对买得大了，好听实惠，逛店的过程也很浪漫温馨，不用担心会被女友骂买的
戒指的样式不称心。缺点是你要么嘴甜，说得人家肯让你拍照，要么艺术细胞发达，回
家自己凭记忆画出来。 |

“发力太早”不是问题。有点小伤有点小失误是难免的，是小孩成长必需的。
个子稍矮又爱争胜的小孩一般容易采用相对高频的方式。这是克服四肢短手脚小的有效
手段，但不是唯一手段，在青春期发育前更是如此。对小个子，全身所有关节和肌肉柔
韧性都不要少于队友，同时应该重点加强shoulder & hips。
