10 Myths About Legacy Preferences in College Admissions
By Richard D. Kahlenberg
Legacy preferences, which provide a leg up in college admissions to
applicants who are the offspring of alumni, are employed at almost three-
quarters of selective research universities and virtually all elite liberal-
arts colleges. Yet legacy preferences have received relatively little public
attention, especially when compared with race-based affirmative-action
programs, which have given rise to hundreds of books...

You are welcome.
Better stop worrying about the judgement day. Eventually there going to be
some sort of reset, but what makes you believe the borrowers and housing
buyers would be victimized in that day?
Savers and conservatives and people who avoid risk at any costs could be
victimized again. They were fucked hard after the PLA took China in 1949,
and fucked hard again before, during and after the culture revolution! They
were fucked after the depression here in US, and they are, essentially,...

I am a resident alien (H1B visa holder and lived in the US full year for the
past 12 years) and I received a gift money of $50K from my parents in law,
who live in China (foreign persons not filing US tax, that is).

well, totally disagree...
reliable daycare is much better than nanny.
1, more kids and more teacher, more interaction for baby, good for
development of language and social skill
2, more than one teachers is required because in case one of the care giver
is down ( who knows what's gonna happen, heart attack), the other one can
take care of the kids and call hospital
3, Yes , kid will get less attention, but as long as it is good enough to
make he/she live and grow, it is not a bad thing. at least

Ma'am, just be cool and play their game, unless you decided to default to
whatever they ask.
Child custody takes time and money to battle out. Whoever has the money,
time, and good lawyer would have a better chance to win. You just don't want
to give them any more excuse or "evidence" to support their case.
Sorry to say that's just what it is.
You can ask for a joint custody with you being a major care giver but you
have to show you can provide the care, time, and needs the child must have.

A:60到70个
