好处：

2. 保护隐私。那个电子标签是RFID, 任何第三方都可以装个扫描器，收集信息。
坏处：

我听到一个神学家讲创世纪的时候解释good的时候说，good就是能让生命繁荣的。让人
惊讶的是最近看到RICHARD KRAUT在他的The Ethics of Well-Being也提出非常类似观
点： causes human beings to flourish--that is, what is good for us。他反对
utilitarianism单一地赋予事物价值并追求最高价值，也反对Rawlsian将right放在
good之上。
我在和'真神’的几次辩论都围绕道德的善，我也没有给出好的定义。但在辩论里他经
常采用的结果论就和utilitarianism十分相似，他认为的道德正确，譬如堕胎，原子弹
杀婴儿，日寇屠杀有条件道德等等，都是utilitarianism的变体。

他点头示意我可以走，
出来就不对劲， 可路边没停车的地方，不到100码， 后轮就飞出去了， 赶紧停车打应
急灯， 出来找了半天轮子没找到， 就走回Good Year, 跟他一说，几个Mechanic驾车
飞一样出去了， 我在后面都追不上， 等回到停车的地方， 三个人一人一个轮胎扳手

Looks to me that phone interview is not the most critical step. it's just
another screening to sieve out people who cannot show the basic
communication skills or whom the search committee does not like intuitively.
The most important things are still the CV, letters.

In my Q&A session, several people asked me "what step 1 score is a good
score". I said anything above 230 would be considered as good , less than
200 will be considered not so good, anything in between will be ok.
