先用组1的programs买了一堆卡，没有立刻收到order confirmation email，但是周日
晚上收到了。
然后接着清空记录，用组2定了更多的一堆卡，当然是分很多orders了。但是知道现在
一直没有收到任何order confirmation email。周一早上打电话问说没问题，他们的系
统因为good friday所以可能存在问题。今天登录进去其中的AHR+一看 ，发现我周五定
的staples这些卡还能定，就怀疑是不是周五的定单被cancel了。赶紧打电话问，说我
定的卡没问题呀，问我是不是想cancel呀，我赶紧说我不想cancel这些定单。但是我发
现我又可以定更多的staples了，所以问问。人说你原来的order没问题，你就等着收卡
吧。我问几天呀，人说大概3-7天吧。我接着问我也没收到order confirmation email
，我都 不记得我定什麽卡了，能告诉我一下吗？人很痛快地告诉了我。然后安慰我说
你的order没任何问题。
组2的这些program都是在同样的时间定的，大致是上周五（good f |

having to go through the trouble of having to repair the car myself, the
alternator I mean.
And who knew, the last time car was driven to the present garage last summer

buying. they provide you the maximum freedom, what house you want to tour,
when you want to tour. they send "field agent" to open doors for you. Don't
expect too much help from field agents. Some of them can be knowledgeable
and helpful but those are exceptions.
you don't get to work with a "real" agent until you are ready to submit an
offer.
