今天电话打来，一开始就小小抱歉一下，然后就问我对bloomberg gov有了解吗？我说
知道啊，就是做financial market分析的公司。然后就很general的说了这个position
做的东西，我中间问了一些，接着他就1、2、3、4、5的说了5项工作内容。每一个他提
到的我都能举出合适的例子，HM很满意的样子。介绍完了，就问我有什么问题，我说没
什么了，我本来就是想问这个position具体做什么，您都回答了，我也没什么好问的了。
接下来像是拉家常，问我PHD什么时候毕业的，恭喜了一把，又说了他自己读PHD的事。
最后他告诉我他的email，让我给他发我的一个paper，然后就bye了。
从来没有phone interview这么短的。感觉有点奇怪。。。 |

，底部带有纸质的I-94，日期延到了今年11月。看起来一切正常。
今天在https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov上用他们的护照号和出生年月日查，看到的结果仍然
是之前的I-94，有效期5月底就结束。
哪位有这样的经历，不知这个正常么？

我去年2011年前半年有个fellowship 表是1042S， code 15， state tax income
withheld 有差不多400多 我后半年的W2 上面 state withheld 200多
fellowship应该是不收税的
按照我的年收入基本不用交税 填完740 一起600多应该全退（当时填的时候有点问题
因为没有给奖学金的地方 所以我就直接自己加起来填的）
结果现在stata gov就把我w2上面的200多给我了 400多都没了
大家有没有这种经验啊 本来就是学生一枚 没什么钱 现在还被state 坑了400多 真是
很憋气
要是申诉 应该怎么弄 第一次遇到这种问题 实在是不知道怎么处理
大家谁有经验的给说说看吧 是不是要找律师了？？？为这几百块 律师会不会帮忙啊 |

录，但是6月回来就有。这不会影响之后的绿卡吧？是不是航空公司，或者是海关的，
没给我录入system？
看下面，连着两次arrival，中间没有departure 。 求解答，另外，这个系统的滞后有

我的5月18号的485怎么还不批，结果回复如下：
"We have no record of an inquiry being made through our NCSC number. Please
contact them for further assistance, obtain a case number, and if they are
unable to provide you with information, you may contact us after 15 days."
我确实给USCIS打电话了，还和真人说话了，怎么没有记录呢？ 请教过来人，该怎么样
才能有记录呢， 是要进入输入自己Receipt No的选项吗？ BTW， SRC这些字母怎么输
入呢？

Receipt#，A#，DOB，home address，phone#之类的，然后给你一个Ref#，并且告诉你
15个工作日内回复。
LZ太心急，客服电话才2天。如果15天内你没有收到SR的回复函，再联系这个tsc.

4. 以下是个人的一些经历和教训：
办绿卡要要行动，无论的是文章，审稿还是材料收集准备。
J1 签证期间可以申办绿卡，我办的是eb1a，提交140的时候还没提交豁免申请。索性pp
，快快知道结果，保险期间pp前也提交了NIW， 结果2个140 同一天批准： 白浪费了个
140的申请费 ：（
j1 waiver 也要趁早提交，我的比较被动，140 批了，waiver材料才邮寄出去不到1个
月，有等了2个月期间进行体检和办理出生证明之类的材料。7月底 waiver 还是没有消
息，硬着头皮在waiver没批准的时候递交了485，注明waiver in process，提供了DOS
的状态页面为证据。幸运的485 accepted 没有太大悬念。

之前所有表格H1B， O1， EB1B 140的date of last arrival 都是按上次国内回来入关
日期（三年前）填的，然后从没有离开美国；
现在准备485，package差不多了，想想还是i94.gov打印一下记录吧，结果赫然看到
Travel History列着
Date Type Location
xx/xx/201x Arrival CHA
CHA就是Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas, USVI
这才两年前去波多黎各和US Virgin Islands美属维京群岛旅游，过了CBP，，和出入关
其他机场入境处CBP一样，验证了护照visa，797等等，但护照没盖章。我以为PR和USVI
或者USVI和美国本土之间来往还算是domestic，所以根本就没考虑。
所以问题是：
