。MTR交上去2个月了，没回音，也不知道DOL是否承认govt error。

My company lawyer (A top notch law firm in east coast) says EB2-I PD could
move as far as Q1 2008 by sep 2011. He said he got this information from his
govt. liaison. I have strong reason to believe my company lawyer because he
really has good contacts in the govt. My personal experience: USCIS screwed
up the PD on my I-140 (I-140 approval notice had wrong PD). My company
lawyer worked with govt. liaison and got it fixed in one week. That was

I don't know what you are talking about here.
simple illustration, say you have an investment vehicle that returns 10%
each year. you tax rate is 30% which is very likely an overestimate of you
effective tax rate.
In terms of retirement accounts:
traditional 401k, you make $1, no immediate tax, after 10 years, it rolls to
$2.59 and you draw it out, govt takes 30% which is $0.77, leaving you $1.82
take home.

in addition, unions do not shy away from telling their members how to vote.
just go lookat uaw.org : "solidarity Obama". and http://www.utla.net/ (united teachers LA) : "Yes on 30, No on 32". These are on the front page of these union websites.
public unions have the additional tool like strikes to influnce govt
administration decisions. And they vote for govt officials who they then
collectively bargain with.
