比如我500ml的greek yoghurt一般8、9次才能解决完
granola也不用放那么多 这个超级饱肚顶饿的……
honey放不放都行 因为granola已经蛮有甜味的了
就算热量高 但它是很好的蛋白质和碳水来源 至少我是不会deny的
吃啥都得控制量就是了~
granola 热量可不低，honey就更不要说了。一整盒ben & jerry不过一千卡，同样体积
的greek yogurt 加granola 只会更高。 |

的是Fage total 0% nonfat plain Greek yogurt，170克才100卡，有18克的蛋白质。
一个希腊酸奶加一份水果（比如桃子），不到200卡的热量，可以顶好几个小时，是非
常顶用的snack。我有时候馋肥肉，正餐会吃红烧肉 烤排骨，但是不敢吃多了，油多热
量多，只敢吃几块肉，也会加个希腊酸奶，顶饿，加蛋白质，热量和脂肪还不会超过
budget。口味是可以慢慢调整的，一开始不习惯这个酸味的话，拌点水果蔬菜吃就行了
