标 题: 赠送MISTO 喷油瓶子一个UPDATE外加一个铸铁Grill pan

就是这个。只要出邮费就行了。
我这个买来总共喷了不到一瓶油，因为我不常用。
如果你家常用这类防粘喷雾的话我还推荐，不常用的话就算了。
管子特别细，需要6周就彻底清洗一下，否则喷出来就是一条线，不是雾了。
用的时候注意：
油要灌半满，剩下半瓶留给压缩空气的空间。
然后用瓶盖泵气进去，加压后就可以喷了。喷完要拧松瓶嘴放气。这时候如果里面油很
多的话就会顺着气流带出来些油，有点mess的，擦擦就行了。
清洗的时候滴一滴洗涤剂进去，半瓶热水，完全从瓶口喷出来，好清洗油路，然后在喷
半瓶清水冲干净清洁剂。
优点缺点我都说明白了。

受淘宝样品及枪版一位兄弟启发，ＤＩＹ了一只羊肉串烤炉。
高7 3/4寸，开口7寸，长24寸。可放两层网架，下面的网架放碳，上面的网架放食物。
上下网架的位置都可调。烤串串的时候可以把上面的网架拿下。
原材料包括3张8x24薄铁皮，一张6x24薄铁皮，一张网眼薄铁皮，一盒铆钉，总价大约$
35（不包括工具）。挂钩和把手是从家里翻出来的。

for $49.99 regularly $199.99. They had 3 in stock at the Marrysville Oh
store. The were on a shelf with a little 2"x2" yellow sticker. YMMV, but

on if you want a heavy, full featured model. It might last a couple years.

I live in NY and found this grill for $199 but when I told my brother about
it in FL it showed that it was the regular price of $299. Not sure if its
only in some stores but 100 bucks off this grill is awesome so you may want
to check around to different areas around you.
