EB2C cases (PD before 6/1/2006) and 3350 EB2I cases(PD before 5/8/2006) are
being precessed in US overseas Consulate.
It means in Guangzhou US Consulate, there are large number of EB2C cases are
being processed. For whole FY2011 year, EB2C has only 2800 visa numbers.
We soppose USCIS process 60% of visa numbers, Guangzhou US Consulate process
40% of visa numbers, VB will move very very slow in FY2011. Guangzhou US

consulate interview, they can not get visa in Guangzhou, These people still
count for EB2C visa number. EB2C only has 2803/year.
Actually EB3C wasted a lot of visa number in Guangzhou several years ago. |

明后年要回趟国，拖家带口的。ld吵着要在夏威倚呆几天，没办法，钮不过她。
计划用手里的两张ink plus＋一张ink cash＋２张freedom攒里程，现在大概有１５万
点左右。积到明／后年应该点数会上来.
我到UA／AA的portal去刷了一下，５个人135万Miles，走economy saver, airtrain转
asiana airline. 如果不去夏威倚，直接走北京，刷出来才用350,000 Miles。 其实我
更想带孩子们看看长城和首都的.but ld always win, I see this coming, haha
问题１： 有没有更省钱的用point/mile的组合？
问题２： 夏威倚/韩国／北京/香港机场附近什么酒店卡比较适合使用？

been well prepared for every material may needed. The
officer only looked at the I-20, Marriage Certification and
Photoes (different period) and asked a few simple questions.
The only two tricks are:
1. He asked my LP a simple question in English. My lovely
wife pretended to be confused and asked him to use Chinese
though he asked it in English again.
2. He abruptly asked my LP whether her name is

about 370. However I can only see about 50 persons to get their visa, which
included some who had their visa revalidated without interview. I only saw one
F1 get his visa, his english is perfect, he is also very confident. One F1 in
front of me,with full scholarship and top 10 uni, got refused. She almost
cried in the end. An old lady in front of me, with the original I797 from his

processed by overseas Consulate. Only National Visa Center (NVC) knows the
total number.
Every month EB2C only has 250 numbers, 80-90% are used by USCIS, 10-20% are
used by US Consulate in Guangzhou. Every month visa number is too limited.

consulate：guangzhou。俺然后又去看了140的application，发现原来律师帮我填的是
在境外申请绿卡，也就是consular processing
小弟就有两个问题了：
1.如果当排期current以后，我可以选择不用consular processing，而申请change of
status吗？这种转换容易吗？需要额外手续吗？
2.如果问题1是可以转，而且没啥麻烦，那我还可以申请EAD和AP吗？因为貌似EAD和AP
都是申请change of status递交485的时候搞的。
麻烦大家说说，另外我平时不怎么发帖，没有包子，不过我会努力存包子，给帮我的朋
友们，说到做到。 |

My 1-140 was approved in 2010, PD already became current in August 2013. Due
to laid-off, I had changed my status to B2. Now I got an offer, but not
from the employer who had sponsored me I-140. Can get the green card through
consular processing instead of I485?
I'm asking because I had used up the 6 year H1-B, am not sure if it will be
approved if I apply with the new employer.
