Expenses: 有guaranteed 和 non-guaranteed之分。guaranteed cost很高，agent只给
我们看了non-guaranteed，而且没有解释它们之间的关系。但合同上说的是他们可以提
高cost到guaranteed level。这样子还有谁敢放心去买？
虽然我们属于super preferred, 但是如果他们提高expense到guaranteed level还是很
快会lapse。
Policy Loan：agent说的是每年有3%的利息，同时他们会给你3%的credit，所以实际上
是no cost。但是policy上说的是，3%的credit是固定的，利息现在已经变成了4%，最
高（guaranteed）可以是6%。这样子借（自己的）钱都很危险了。

刚刚换过刹车，去年底换了四个轮胎。
主要是carfax记录上有2个事故，1999和2000年有两个撞车事故，但似乎从salvage上看

打开前盖，感觉电瓶是换过的，似乎有个用于发动机通风的管子也是换过的吧，我不懂，
第二个owner买了一年，之前有mechanich修过卖给她的。她都不知道之前出过事故。
大家给给意见，我就是用一年，明年还想卖掉。
