。小时候的体育课包括田径队足球队什么的，力量训练都很少啊。记得以前也就投掷时

一下，完全就是华为想通过tmobile的测试，几个员工伙
计卖力过猛，被杂种们无限上刚了，几条罪状一个是照相，一个是拿出去测量了一下尺
寸。。。另一方面老中的不拘小节的习惯还确实是会被人抓住辫子欲加之罪，何患无词。
还有就是从以下的报道看，华为美国销售团队的老美当时过于简单草率地认了口说自己
员工有问题，埋下了事后今天被tmobile任意无限上纲的伏笔。。。教训！华为美国公
司不要太轻易轻信老美！可怜的是那几个卖力的员工，本来辛勤工作，极具一心扑在工
作上的劲头，结果不但被华为美国公司的老美马上解雇，搞不好还会被刑事起訴，什
么煞有介事的工业间谍，美国对中国人的白色恐怖，真的是歇斯底里，丧心病狂了。
这件事几乎可以下判断了：
完全是华为员工为了通过tmobile的测试卖力过猛。现在铺天盖地无限上纲到疯狂歇斯
底里炒作
了。

1.买家的首付太少。估价师也是人，当他们看到首付只有20%，lender的风险比较大，
就更加保守，可能选择偏低的comps。
2.也许和所申请的lender 有关，表要忘了：除了估价师本身有一套guideline，
lender 还有自己的估价guideline。譬如说一个mile 以外的comp不能用，3 个月以前
的comp不能用，比subject sqft +/- 10%以上的comp 不能用。这样你的估价value也会
受影响啊。往往是利息低的银行，value 卡的更严。这个make sense，低回报， 低风
险, right?
估价师来的时候买卖双方agent不是必须到场，但也没有办法阻止他们来。Loan agent
是绝对不能来， 否则估价师立马走人，把order cancel 就是了。
我是每次尽量去，具体的做法是：买方经纪bring 自己的comp list， 卖方经纪把所收
到的offer terms 做成一个spreadsheet，让估价师知道当下市场的情况， 有的lender

引用北美相关学会的guideline，然后再通过北美practice guideline的作者去找医生
。这样能保证你找到的是第一流的医生。
暂且不说职业道德是否成问题，美国医生绝大多数都眼高手低。
大学的医学院也不一定比私人开业的诊所好，fellowship要毕业，都是要拿病人练手的。

都加的有问题的receipt，事关我的信誉与智商，我想我有必要理一下这件事情。
还好我还留着这张receipt，虽然被雨水浸过一点点，但是还是能说明问题的。
看看我的receipt，
1.首先我是在11/28/2012 13:47pm在Bellevue小肥羊结的帐。
2.pre-tip amount是$17.29
(注：不是$17.5，这个抱歉，我发帖是没找receipt确认，不过我知道是17.xx)
3.Gratuity Guidelines里面 12%=$2.07。由于结账的时候，我对前台的态度
很不满意，所以我就直接挑了个最低的加上去，这也和你的receipt上的tip数字吻合。
4.$17.29+$2.07= $19.36.跟你receipt上的总数也吻合。
那下面的问题就来了，你的receipt哪来的？
1.为什么在你的receipt上 $14.29+$2.07 = $19.36？
2.为什么你的receipt上tip guidelines上根本就没有$2.07这个数字，而我会给这些

follow "strict" guidelines. But lots of smaller bank decide to hold your
loan, they do not have to follow any guideline at all, they can just make
decision on how much to loan you on the house. Hope that helps.

还是有不少 例外的，包括你提到的 Relocation，还有家庭成员增加后现有房不够住等
