credit score就是刚开始的时候有用一点，到了后来，其实hard pull是很小的一部分。
on time payment，collection，length of history。average这类的比较有用，就是
debt rate也比 hard pull #重要。
hard pull#和#of accounts一样重要，甚至不及account diversity。
老中有的时候pay too much attention on CC score了。
一般2-3年后，不买房，真心没啥差别。而且你关卡，重申，都是1-2年后了，hard
pull 2年就没了。 |

。这个cam越园越soft,越蛋形越hard。最开始我的ＤＷ是在６２磅，拉了几个星期觉得
不过瘾，调到了７０磅，后来它的弦自己拉伸了，最后变成只有６５磅。
实际上这期间我根本没有感觉到它的磅数降低了，反而觉得它是越来越沉，沉得我左肩
都开始痛了。个人感觉右手拉７０磅或者更高一点没有问题，因为用的是肌肉，练上一
个把月，新的肌肉就长起来了。但左手臂是关节硬抵硬，过去一个星期我天天去射箭，
射到后面感觉左手肩部肘部关节酸痛，快撑不住了。
这个hard cam，速度是快，但也有trade off，拉的时候要使出更大的力，而且letoff
zone特别短，到全拉之后，稍不留神(relax too much)，就会被它拉回去，那个肉痛啊
！上一个视频，“午饭时间练箭”，的第三箭就被它拉回去过一次。

Dealer给了报价，大家看看这个价格可以吗？
NX300，非混动，带navigation package，盲点、辅助，该有都有了，好像是最高配了。
MSRP是 43700多，最后谈下来的所有折扣combined是 5000 off，最后out of door是
43300多，不知道这个价格怎么样？
另外还碰到了蠢问题，没经验，去dealer那里，价格没谈妥就让他run了credit，有个
hard pull记录，想问下，如果我这段时间再去别的dealer那边买车的话，还要run
credit，那这个些个hard pull是算一个，还是run了几次算几个啊？
我在网上有听说，像这样在一段时间内在dealer买车、买房run的几次hard pull，都
consider为1个，不知道真假，问问大家。

我家是att老客户, 2 lines,我一直误以为我家是700分钟的plan，最近搞iphone一共又
加了3根线
后来发现我原来是550分钟的, 这样加得3条新线里2个是新签的mobile share plan (40
+45 per phone), 1个是add a new line
刚刚查看了我的信用报告，没有att hard pull, 我的结论如下:
对att family plan老客户
add a line to existing famly plan -> no hard pull
open mobile share plan -> no hard pull
mobile share plan很贵，搞ip5的话不能留2年
只能去early terminate, 不过一个plan能拖10根线
搞10个来termination也不错吧

不知道直接面Facebook之类的有没有机会。主要是Hard太费时间，周末往往一天只能刷
4道。
原来计划是先刷完Hard，然后迅速搞掉剩下的200 Medium + Easy。

所有Medium 95%有信心，2、3遍以上了；
Hard还剩20道题没做，剩下全做过，但没有Medium那么有信心；

现在问题来了，如果是你，你会把时间投入到：
A：继续刷Hard！宁死也要踏平Leetcode！寸草不生，无题不会！

这一批审核时候一般互相看不到彼此的hard记录
更容易批下来
虽然之后hard pull会多 但你这样就可以安心过一年半载再申请了

INQUIRY,就像是你每次申请信用卡之前,小字都会说明这个会记录在你的报告里.
因此,你那个INQUIRY,不是因为LATE.
信用报告的资料都是实时的.你如果现在知道有HARD,马上去ORDER,马上就能看见,不需
要等任何时间.
再补充一下,银行平时如果对你进行REVIEW什么的,他们可以自动发起SOFT,不影响你的
信用.你的LATE PAYMENT,如果银行要重估你的情况,也只会SOFT你. |
