很多白人律师帮助NAACP起诉。打过无数官司。
起诉的后果是被起诉方成本不断上升，最后到最高法院，一次不成，再换个理由起诉，
一直到最高法院屈服。

地点是36, munroe st, somerville, 02143。
位置离MIT，Harvard,Tufts近，可以去GOOGLE MAP搜索，大约2英里左右，可步行，骑
车，门口有公交。周围有很多MIT，Harvard的学生在那里住，很安全。
租期是从今年的9月1日到明年的7.1日（可续约）
家具全有，房间是3间卧室，两大一小，期中一个大的有卫生间，现在还空余两个大卧
室。除大卧
室里的卫生间外，屋内还有一个卫生间，供其他两个卧室的人用。有厨房，和阳台。采光
良好。楼下有洗衣衣，一元一次。
整个house是1500，三个房间，小房间450，另外两个，一个500，一个550（带卫生间）：
水费已经包括，电费暖气费和上网费不包。
电费大概一个月40，暖气费有四个月要交，大概50-60，上网费每月10.
希望房客是学生或访问学者，租期吻合，个人素质高，干净整洁。

然是assistant professor。
我看了下他们学校的tenure handbook，上面说第4年是review for promotion to
associate。然后第5年是associate term begins。Harvard的associate professor是
没有tenure的，要在第7年被review for promotion to tenured professor，如果pass
了，第8年是final year of associate term or tenured professor.
那么这个教授为什么第6年还是AP。handbook上没写，如果没被promote to associate
，会怎么样。
我正考虑要不要去这个教授实验室工作（part-time research fellow，$30000 一年，
说根据以后的lab funding，我在实验室的表现，和我对实验技术的掌握会有成为full
