据当地媒体kron4.com报导，周一（3月28日），北加州那帕县（Napa）境内发生一起致
命车祸，车祸只涉及一辆SUV汽车。太平洋联合大学（Pacific Union College）20岁中
国女留学生潘芬（Fen Pan，音译）因没有系安全带，在车祸中被抛出车外后身亡。
当地卫生防护中心总监Marc Renspurger表示，肇事车辆是2004年福特Expedition，当
时车内有包括潘芬在内的7名19岁到22岁的年轻人。当时21岁的司机Issac Soon Hwang
做了一个不安全的转弯动作，导致车辆失控冲到右边路肩，躲闪不及撞上巨石后翻转。
赶到现场的警官表示，当日下午2时04分，潘芬被紧急救护人员宣布死亡。
车内另外6人受轻伤，治疗后已出院。太平洋联合大学在脸书上表示，车祸中的7人均为

员击毙，死因聆讯庭于26日召开。事发当天因与瑞特发生纠纷而报警的遗孀当庭表示，
其实整件事情塬是一桩家庭纠纷，本可顺利处理，却造成丈夫活生生被警员击毙，她非
常后悔拨打了报案电话。
瑞特于2010年8月6日深夜11时因对妻子汉诺(Heather Hannon)动粗，汉诺决定报案处理
，但瑞特却遭到到场处理的皇家骑警警员击毙。之后温市警方和警察投诉办公室的报告
都称当时瑞特手持武器，且做出接近警员的动作，警员开枪把他打死是「合理的行动」。
警察投诉办公室的调查报告遭到家属砲轰，痛批应该更名为「警察保护办公室」，而在
26日死因庭展开首日，代表死者家人的律师询问汉诺，若将时间拉回到案发当日，是否
仍然会报警?汉诺称：「不会。而且未来不论发生任何事，我都不会再叫警察。」言谈
间充满对自己报案的后悔之情。
汉诺作证时回忆当晚情景，表示当晚她与瑞特都喝醉后两人发生争执，结果瑞特把她关
在门外，她为了入屋取回部分私人物品而决定报警。警员抵达入屋后不久，就听到屋内
